Given the coronavirus outbreak, I have a moderate cancellation policy and will make every effort to work with our guests to accommodate their needs during this challenging time. This property is professionally cleaned with disinfectant between each guest stay and complies with the cleaning standards from the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention).
All surfaces including floors will be professionally deep cleaned with paper towels (not cloth), Lysol 99.9% surface cleaner and Lysol spray, as well as a light bleach sanitizing solution. Bedding and linens will be washed with organic laundry detergent, as well as, a small amount of bleach for safety purposes. All plates, glasses, and silverware as well as other kitchenware will be removed and run through the dishwasher on the hottest cycle, even if unused.
I have dedicated a concierge service for any help or inquires needed 24 hours a day during your stay to assist with any questions related to updates or healthcare facilities or anything at all that you may need some extra help with while visiting Atlanta. Book now!!
The Space:
The home is a newly renovated house, with three spacious bedrooms and open floor plan with living and dining room areas to relax. A fully equipped modern kitchen with granite counter tops. There is a back patio to relax and unwind after a busy day.
Guest Access:
The guest has full access to the three-bedroom home with electronic key access. Assigned parking in the garage and the front driveway, and back patio.
Other Things to Note:
Guest may not use the Property for any purpose other than that of a private residential stay by the specified number of guests indicated in the Guest's reservation. Additional overnight guests are prohibited unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Owner.
The Guest and those in the Guest's party shall not engage in any activity that (a) may be a nuisance or become an annoyance to the Owner or occupants of nearby homes or (b) might invalidate any insurance policies in effect on the Property.
The Owner reserves the right to immediately terminate the reservation and keep the security deposit paid by the Guest if the number of people at the Property exceeds the limits provided for herein or if the Police are called to the Property for excessive noise.
SMOKING is prohibited in the house!! Outside only in designated areas.
Our home is a PET FREE HOUSE! 100% No Exceptions!! We are very strict in enforcing this policy. We are sensitive to guests who may have pet allergies. We can offer an off-site pet sitting service as an option.
There will be a minimum $500 fine for any damaged property identified at the completion of the stay.
The minimum age to reserve the home is twenty-five years old.
We require confirmation of our guests and request verification of identification and payment method via our guest portal for the reservation to finalize each booking request.
All stays longer than 14 days, will require a mandatory cleaning that will be scheduled every 2 weeks during your stay. Our cleaning staff will provide a 48-hour notice to bring clean linens and towels and to clean the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom areas.
Due to the requirements during the Pandemic, we are not able to accommodate any late checkouts. Thank you for your compliance and understanding.
