Family & Pet Friendly Home with Fenced Yard, between Downtown & Tybee!

We had a wonderful time in this home. It was spotless and had everything we needed. The backyard is fantastic. David is a perfect and highly responsive host.

Perfect location for our visit to Savannah it was no more than a 10 or 15 minute drive to anything and everything. Nice quiet neighborhood. House was great for our group and well set up for those traveling with pets. Our dogs loved the yard. The Hosts had the home well stocked for people too. We would stay again.

The house was very clean and stocked with everything that you needed. The host was very accommodating and he let me know ahead of time that the washer did not work, so he refunded me 100.00 dollars for the inconvenience. My dog enjoyed the back yard! I love the mattress in the master bedroom. I will definitely recommend this place!

Perfect location between Tybee and Savannah! House was perfect. Very clean and great coffee bar. Hosts were very easy to communicate with and we had zero issues. Beds were comfy and it fit our family perfect! Thank you for sharing your home! A

Alex was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The home was warm and inviting. Super close to downtown. The backyard was great with its sitting area, grill, open space, and fire pit. The beds (at least the master bedroom) were very comfortable with very nice and soft sheets and linens. All TVs were smart and set up for ease of use. Great trip, great host and great home.

We joined my siblings for a family reunion. We all enjoy cooking big dinners together and agreed this was the best stocked kitchen anywhere. Lots of new pots, pans, utensils, plates, glasses. Everything we needed. Nice quiet neighborhood close to historic area and perfect for hour long morning runs. Beds were comfortable and dog friendly accomodations for our little pooch. I’d give it a 10!

Really enjoyed our time here. Perfect for families, very short drive to downtown and not far from Tybee either. Clean, lovely had everything we needed.

We are driving from Ohio to Florida and needed a place to stay overnight to break up the drive. This home was absolutely perfect for my husband and I, our 4 kids and my in-laws. David was so friendly and always quick to respond - whether it was questions about booking or restaurant recommendations, he was always helpful! There was plenty of room, everything was so clean, and there were plenty of activities for the kids. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at The Nest in Savannah! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. The house was surprisingly spacious, with well-placed, comfy furniture that made it easy to relax after a day of exploring.The little extras really made a difference — plenty of fluffy towels, a fully stocked coffee station, and TVs in all the right places for easy entertainment. The fenced backyard was a huge plus for our two little dachshunds, who loved having the freedom to roam safely. It’s clear that the hosts are dog lovers, as the house had a warm, welcoming feel for both people and pups alike.One of the highlights was the foosball table and ping-pong table, which made for some fun, competitive family evenings! It was the perfect way to unwind and connect after an exciting Banana’s game.This house truly met our every need, and then some — highly recommend!

We stayed at the awesome house due to its proximity to downtown but had a real nice homey and quiet neighborhood feel. Kids truly enjoyed the garage with games

Convenient to Savannah and Tybee, quiet neighborhood, very stocked kitchen equipment. Pet and child friendly house and fenced backyard. Would suggest a grill to add to the charming backyard space. Queen bed was a little lumpy and could use some more washcloths and towels available, but overall a wonderful house!

Nothing but good things can be said about our stay! We were very pleased with the home...very quiet neighborhood, kitchen is well stocked, etc. We would refer this place to anyone.
