It was not really clean, there was an old banana in the cupboard, dog hair on the pillows, spiderwebs throughout, and the snow was not shoveled to get to the hot tub, and it was lightly shoveled in front so we shoveled ourselves. It would have be nice to have a heads up to bring our own firewood. Overall, we had a great stay.

Stayed Feb 23, 2025We loved our stay here. The location is fantastic - right near the Fraser trail which takes you everywhere (including a quick walk to Safeway). The hot tub was private and wonderful and the house had everything we needed.

Stayed Feb 1, 2025The property was well cleaned, in a great location with quick access to the Winter Park bus. Nice sized living room with plenty of comfortable seating. Loved the hot tub. Great yard behind the condo for my daughter’s dog to play. Our only issue were with the beds. The mattress in the master bedroom was in poor shape. The support was gone. We could feel the springs popping when we moved. While it was a reasonable rental rate for all it offered, the condition of the mattress would prevent us from returning unless replaced.

Stayed Nov 23, 2024Very nice place for a family or friends to stay at. Great backyard off of the river for the dog to run and place to hang out on the deck.
