Stayed Dec 28, 2025The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The house was very clean, decorated nicely, kitchen equipped well, and so many fun games, etc. for our grandkids. We had an issue with the hot tub, which the host had no control over, and due to the inconvience he issued a refund, and took measures to make sure future guests would not have the same problem. We will defintely stay at Hawksbill Hideway if our travel takes us back to Massanutten.
