Family Home with Pool, Hot Tub & BBQ near Kierland

This is the perfect house if you have a large group and need to spread out. Like having 4 master bedrooms ! Location is great - super close to shopping and restaurants!

This was an excellent place to stay on a vacation. It had ample amount of room with five bedrooms and four baths. The house was well stocked with kitchen, supplies and towels. Plus the house had a lot of fun activities like the putting green, the pool table, the shuffleboard, the arcade, and the card table. The house was clean and felt safe. The neighborhood was nice and it was within a 15 minute drive of a lot of attractions in the area. I would not have any issue with staying at this property again if I meant Scottsdale in the future.

The owners did a decent job at making sure the house was clean, but the pool and hot tub situation was not good. They charge 100 dollars a day to heat the pool and it wasn’t even heated when we got there. In addition, the hot tub had so much chlorine that it will make you cough and your eyes burn if you turn on the jets. We had 4 people who all were in the hot tub and all started coughing and experiencing stinging in our eyes when the jets started disturbing the water.

Overall a nice stay, however at 3am on two nights a sprinkler head for front yard malfunction and made a very high pitched sound that woke half the house. Called management of property they were very nice however issue was not solved during our stay. Location of house was nice as was neighborhood however when sitting outside by pool there was a lot of flys around, not sure why because house and backyard was clean.Besides these issues the house was nice.

Wonderful stay with great amenities

The property was clean and in a perfect location for our trip.

The house is even better than the pictures!!! Backyard is great, enjoyed the hot tub and pool every morning and evening!! Plenty of seating outside to relax and watch tv. The pool table and video game machine were a huge hit also. Plenty of room for 4 guys to spread out. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. We loved being able to park in the garage. Hosts were great to work with. Check-in and out were a breeze. Can’t wait to book this house again for our annual golf trip. Thanks for a great experience!!

Perfect house for our extended family vacation. The house is very family friendly, nothing too precious to be concerned about. The kids, ages 5-10, enjoyed the games and the pool was just the right size. The bunk beds were a hit. The home was very clean upon arrival and when the pool heater stopped working, it was addressed within a few hours. A great week for all.

The house was awesome! Tons of space for a group of 10 to stay comfortably! Pool table was a big hit! Outdoor pool was used a ton and was really nice! Hot tub was good as well. Location of this house makes it so nice to get to tons of stuff to do in Scottsdale.

All the beds and bedding was very comfortable and the house was clean but several of the items were worn, such as the pool table, pac-man game (broken leg), and patio seat cushions. Also the hot tub had way too much chemicals in it but the pool was very nice and comfortable.

Was as advertised..great property at a great location

Other the the swimming pool not heating it was a great place to stay. Centrally located in a comfotable neighborhood

We had a family reunion due to us gathering for a wedding of a nephew. The property was a perfect gathering spot in between events. The only real problem we had was a shower in the master suite did not have any hot water. The faucet needed a new part that could not be replaced while we were in the house. That was very inconvenient as we had people in every bedroom. The group also all commented that the chairs at the dining room table squealed very loudly on tile floor every time you moved them. Felt or plastic chair end covers would have helped quiet them down.

The house provided a great space for relaxing and had plenty of amenities, including kitchen dishes, utensils and appliances. The 2 spacious master bedrooms were a plus with ensuite bathrooms. One of the bedrooms was a bit small, without storage space of any kind and no TV - so probably best to plan accordingly. It's location was close to our family and plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping.

We had a wonderful few days attending the WM Open. The house was a quick uber to the course and on a nice quiet street. Easy check in process.

This house is perfect for multiple couples or a large family!! The layout is great and 4 bathrooms makes getting ready super easy. The house was super clean! And had plenty of things like paper products, coffee pods, soaps!! We are going to book it again for our next trip!

Perfect location, well stocked kitchen, clean and comfortable.

The house was perfect for our family vacation. The heated pool was amazing for the kiddos and the pool table and putting green supplied the kids with lots of entertainment.

House had everything we needed for a great trip. Lots of restaurants/activites nearby. Beds were comfortable, kids loved the game room.

Very nice home and great location. We were a family of 6 adults and everyone had their own private space. The amenities provided in the home were great. The pool table, card table and putting green made for a fun family game night. This is a very nice, clean and well maintained home.

We always enjoy this house. Our second time here and will definitely come back.
