Family Home Near Notre Dame, Great Neighborhood

Bring the whole family or friend group to this spacious home! Located approximately 15 minutes from Notre Dame campus in a great, safe neighborhood. It is the ultimate place to crash for a football weekend or for any other local occasion.

This home is 2 stories, with an additional finished basement. We have an open concept first floor with an updated eat-in kitchen and large television in the family room, a playroom, a dining room, a spacious basement hangout area, and a beautiful backyard and deck.

There are 4 bedrooms on the second level and two full bathrooms: one room with a king bed and attached en suite bathroom, one room with a queen bed, one room with a full-size bed, another room with a full-size bed, and a standalone full bathroom. There is one bedroom in the finished basement with a queen bed. Of note, that bedroom is open to the rest of the basement area; there is a door that closes to the entire basement (in terms of privacy). In all of these rooms, 10 adults can sleep comfortably. However, we have extra mattresses and sleeping areas (first floor, second floor, basement), if requested. We can sleep additional guests, for example, by making the first floor playroom into a bedroom or by adding another bed in the finished basement; we also have pack n plays and twin mattresses / cots for kids. Every bedroom has blackout shades and comfy beds for a good night’s sleep.

We have all of the amenities that our guests may need: a large fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker (can make a pot or individual cups; instruction manual provided), oven/stovetop, microwave and toaster. Pots, pans, glasses, plates, bowls, silverware, etc. are all available to our guests. We stock the house with paper towels, toilet paper, soap, garbage bags, and cleaning supplies. Beds are set up with pillows, sheets and blankets, and towels are provided. In other words, we want our guests to be able to move in easily and feel at home!
