Stayed Sep 8, 2025Great pots, pans, dishes! Great appliances too. The deck is fantastic, as is the location! Downsides: carpets in bedrooms were stained, closet doors unstable. That entry would be a great place to put a storage for linens, so guests could use the dressers.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We already gave feedback thru I do not know which channel, but OK et me do it here. Overall very satisfied but we would expect more toilet paper and we wish there would be some laundry soap :-(

Stayed Dec 14, 2024My family and I needed a place to stay while visiting my son and girlfriend who are seasonal workers in Tahoe. This house was perfect. We had plenty of room for everybody. There was a card table big enough to set up our Christmas puzzle; the kitchen table was perfect for boardgames; the living room was cozy; there is a trail just outside the house, and a nice bakery close-by. I would definitely stay there again if we go visit again.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, very good. Very quiet location away from the Lake with great scenery from the balcony. Close to Tahoe City and walking distance to the local bakery and coffee shop. A little buggy at dawn and dusk this year. Also, lots of spiders for June. Hiking trails nearby. Great stay!

Stayed Jun 22, 2024I think the property manager was good. But the description of the property was inaccurate. The was no Netflix. We tried fixing the problem with the guidance of the property manager, but in the end it was futile because the Samsung TV is too old. This should have been discovered a long time ago. We ended up wasting about 4 hours on this issue. Also, regarding on-site supplies... not even salt??? How cheap is that? It's getting so bad a Tahoe that you can't even depend on TP at rentals anymore. It's so sad that it has come to this.

The beds were comfortable, kitchen stocked, and the living room was cozy. We made a fire in the fireplace. The location is great with surrounding trees. The company was responsive. Would stay here again!
