Stayed Jul 26, 2025The house was very comfortable for the eight of us (all adults). The kitchen was well equipped, and it was great that we had access to the laundry and also the garage. We really enjoyed all of the balconies for chatting, reading, or early morning coffee.We were so happy we were able to bring our dogs. It is getting harder every year to find pet-friendly rentals on LBI. The surrounding streets are all pretty quiet, so walking the dogs around the house was pretty stress-free.The location of the house was great, with a lot of places within walking distance. We really enjoyed the Northside Bar and Grill and the several ice cream places within a few blocks.

Stayed Jun 23, 2024-“ we highly recommend this home for a perfect LBI experience. This home had everything we could possibly need for our family of seven adults and one eight year-old grandchild. It is central located to the best dining on the island. It’s a perfect location for short walks to the children’s bay beach and a short walk to the Beach. We were able to walk to the nearby market for produce, A short walk to satisfy our craving for an ice cream cone- we were able to walk to grab a bottle of wine to take to dinner. The house was very clean and spacious, The roof deck and decks coming off of the master bedroom were a great place for morning coffee or an evening board game – Spectacular views of the fireworks on the Fourth of July. We would definitely stay here again. The owners were responsive and very kind people. We cannot say enough good things about this year‘s vacation except what great memories we made!
