As you step into this spacious and bright home, the large designer tiled foyer greets you with its aesthetic appeal. This single-story ranch-style home, with an open concept design, boasts magnificent level 4 palomino granite throughout. The dream kitchen, with its stainless steel appliances and beautiful exotic granite counter top, overlooks the family room and opens onto the pool deck. The family room invites you to relax on an amazingly comfortable leather recliner or stretch out on the queen leather pullout sofa while you watch the 75-inch TV. The formal dining room and spacious living room await you for a gourmet meal and an after-dinner chat with family and friends. When the day is over and the warm Florida breeze calls you to rest, you can enjoy one of the three bedrooms. The large primary bedroom features a luxurious king-sized Tempurpedic mattress, which you can enjoy as you look out of the double doors to the pool deck. The ensuite bathroom provides a Victorian ambiance with its extra-long claw foot tub. The second bedroom has a king-sized memory foam mattress and its own entrance to the pool deck. The third bedroom has twin beds and two large closets.

Step outside and discover why Florida and this private, fenced-in backyard are perfect for outdoor entertaining. The trellis-covered patio and lanai feature a barbecue and hot tub, while the sparkling heated saltwater pool is equipped with underwater lighting, and a sensational soothing waterfall.The pool cage allows you to enjoy stargazing on a beautiful, clear night while keeping insects at bay. Adjacent to the pool area, you'll find a lounging area, outdoor fire pit, and an amazing children's playground that is protected from the sun by Coolibar sun shades.

The property is adorned with beautiful flowers and shrubs, and is maintained by Truly Nolen both indoors and outdoors to keep pesky insects such as fire ants at bay. Additionally, the Halo whole house water purification system ensures that the water you use for bathing is just as pure as the water you drink from the kitchen tap. All systems, including the air conditioning and pool, are regularly serviced to ensure their smooth functioning.

Things to note:

You may notice an “additional guests” fee when you book this property. That is due to the fact that the entire house costs $350/night to rent at full capacity (8 guests). Because 2-guest bookings are common, the base nightly rate has been set at $200 on average, with each additional guest being charged at $35/night so that the 2-people bookings wouldn’t be penalized with a higher base nightly rate. If you add guests after booking the property, please contact the host so that payment arrangements can be made.

Pool and hot tub:

The pool is 30,000 gallons and it takes at least 3 days of 8 hours per day pump time with the heater on to heat up (depending on ambient temperature). Please let me know how many days of 8 hour run time you would like to pay for prior to your arrival. You will be charged $15/day during your stay if you choose to have the pool heated because the heater run time cannot be changed once you have arrived. The hot tub costs $15/day. The hot tub is emptied between guests when there is space between bookings so as to keep the water as clean as possible. Use of the hot tub is not included in the nightly rate and its use must be requested and paid for at the time of booking in order to ensure that it is filled and heated by check in time. If yours is a last minute booking (within 48 hours), the hot tub may not be hot by the time of check in.
