Family Getaway! Sleeps 12, Pool, Playground, Game Room

There is no place like home. This vacation home is a home away from home. I’m returning in July for my Grand mother’s birthday and checking the availability now. 5 stars and many more.

Everything in good condition except the bed in the 4th bedroom/office

House was a great choice close to the PHX Convention Center. The boys loved the pool and pool table. Overall the place was clean and had all the amenities

Booked this house for the location to everything. Didn't need to rent a car. Ubers were cheap. Store is a mile away. We seriously walked a few times. Pool is perfect! Who ever gets the house after us has a full tank for the gas grill lol you're welcome. Seriously. Loved this house and will book it again next time we are in Phoenix. Also hiking at south mountain was easy and beautiful.

We had a wonderful golf vacation. Rental was as advertised. No issues. Would stay there again.

Our entire family enjoyed our 5 day stay in this home. The house was decorated very nicely, beds were comfortable, kitchen was fully equipped and the pool and game room were lots of fun. We didn’t realize there would be a safety gate around the pool but were happy it was there as our 2 yr old grandson was obsessed with the pool. We have stayed at many houses in AZ and this house exceeded our expectations and is by far one of the better homes we’ve stayed at. Definitely recommend!

Our family from all over the country came together to celebrate our granddaughter’s college graduation. This home worked great for us. Had plenty of room for everyone and the pool and backyard were great. Thanks for making our celebration special.

We have absolutely nothing negative to say the stay was great. The rooms were a good size. Everything was clean. The pool area was protected 10 out of 10 a great stay. Would definitely use again!

Great location close to our venue (The Farm) and 15 min to airport. House was perfect size for 8 adults and 1 child. Lots of space to spread out. Swing set was sub par, broken steps to slide, swing seats were split on the sides. Only good thing was the round swing. Should be replaced. Pool was good, didnt use much due to cooler temps.

The home was large and great for the bridal party who stayed there. We had plenty of space to lounge and hang out. Plenty of mirrors for getting ready. Great communication with the host. Thank you.

We traveled from frozen MN to sunny AZ to celebrate my brother’s January birthday. The layout and amenities were exactly what we needed. There were so many great features to praise including the quiet office space, large bedrooms/shared spaces, the pool table, ample dishes for cooking a group meal, throw blankets for chillier nights, and so much more. Let’s not forget the pool, it was the cleanest I’ve ever seen!! (we couldn’t use because of the cold)Bring your family, friends, and kids. This location is a top pick!

Home was beautiful, clean and comfortable! Decorated so nice! Plenty of towels and blankets! We had a great little vacation!

The house was beautiful and clean! When we walked in it looked exactly like the pictures and we felt immediately at home!! The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room for the party that we had staying there. Communication with the homeowner was amazing and extremely efficient! I noticed there were two things that were a little misconstrued and they came out fixed them and it was no problems! I really liked the level of dishes and stuff in the kitchen, it made making meals easy. Of course our favorite thing was the pool, and the backyard had plenty of space for all of us to be comfortable even in the hot sun! The best thing for us was the location, as it was only 3 mi from the rest of the family that we were visiting there. I hope that in the future will be able to rent this home again!

The time we spent was worth the cost. Our grand children spent 12 hrs a day swimming! We relaxed and enjoyed the family.
