Stayed Oct 18, 2023Made plans, paid in advance to stay during the time for my daughter's wedding. Landed at IAH the day for arrival. Then was told that the property had not been available since March, though we booked in July. The only good thing was the manager who called and worked hard to find us a place near where we needed. Rob/Jason were awesome. The property owner and VRbo not on my recommended list. Stay away from this place. Though I communicated several times with the owner he never once told me that the property was off the market. Took my money with no problem. But Rob and Jason got it back in record time.
