Great space for all of my kids and grandkids! Easy access to interstate, and close to restaurants. Carpet is getting a little old and worn, as expected in high traffic areas. The backyard space was enjoyed by the children.

Very comfortable place to stay for 6 adults on a work trip. Check in/out was extremely simple and fast with great communication from the host.

We attended my nephew’s wedding. Great location, clean, comfortable, and as listed. Owner sent information promptly and made sure the house was nice and cool. I would definitely recommend this house for your family!

This home was just what we wanted!Enter the hallway, stairs on the right up to 3 bedrooms & a full bathroom (the toilet/bathtub are through a second door, so someone can still use the sink).There's a small closet in the hallway (w/ games & a few toddler items) that then opens into the living room or to the right you can step through another door into the master suite or a different door to the downstairs.The living room has a couch, two seats, fireplace & large coffee table.Open living room to the kitchen w/ a large island that has the sink, dishwasher, & barstool seating. It has a large fridge, microwave, large gas stove, gas oven, plenty of items necessary to cook, a counter area w/ coffee maker & toaster.Then there's a small dining table w/ 6 chairs & the slider to the back yard.Off the kitchen is the laundry room w/ a good top-load no-agitator washer & large dryer, a 1/2 bath & door to the 2 car garage.In the back yard: the large barbeque worked great; a large (6 or 8 person) covered hot tub (used most days/nights); a covered sitting area w/ chairs, glider chairs, & love seat, along w/ 4 more seats around a gas firepit (needed to start it with a lighter, but it worked great).Downstairs is a media room, full bath, 2 bedrooms & kitchenette w/ a dining/game area.The master suite has a large bedroom w/ seat, large tub, large shower, large closet w/ desk, separate toilet, 2 sinks.Derek was great, very helpful.Not perfect but 4.99 stars would stay again!

Great property fulfilled all our needs

Adult married children getaway. The house was better than described. Plenty of room to gather or to be alone and close to everything that was needed. Hot tub and patio was fun for those that used it. Extra kitchen downstairs was very helpful

This place was awesome! Lots of fun inside. Almost didn’t want to go outside! Hot tub got us out though.

This home was perfect for our family trip to the Salt Lake City area. The location was great and accessible for all we wanted to experience. The home was lovely, well equipped and perfect for multiple families. The view is beautiful, as well! Derek was very responsive and hospitable. We would definitely stay here again!

I always think the best thing you could say about a rental is - I would stay here again! We are looking forward to our next visit :) Property is as described, very new and quiet neighborhood within easy driving distance of everything in the area! Our host Derek was absolutely terrific. Clear, proactive communications and incredibly accommodating. Response times were exceptional as well. If you need all this space, and want a few games thrown in (board games, air hockey, and basketball hoops) - then no need to look any further - you found it! Thanks again Derek. We all had a spectacular stay!

The property was great! Plenty of space and the two refrigerators were perfect. The owner was great to work with. Close to everything. The house was clean and the layout was perfect.
