Everything was good for what we needed. Close to the places that we wanted to go to. The host was easy to get a hold of and responsded promptly to any questions we had.

Facilities were great! Everything as promised, clean and functional. Check out was easy…..The host was exceptional, incredibly responsive to our needs.

We had a great stay at this Linbrook Drive home in San Diego. The location was perfect — quiet, safe, and close to everything we needed. Loved that there was plenty of parking (driveway, garage, and gravel area) with no extra fees. The house had almost everything we could need: towels, shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, washer/dryer, grill, patio couch, fire pit, hot tub, pool table, dartboard, and even a wet bar. Coupons for nearby attractions like the Zoo were a nice touch. The beds were comfortable, the futon in the pictures was replaced with a large grey couch, the water pressure was strong, and we never ran out of hot water. The owner was also kind enough to let my parents check in early.A few cons: there’s no ice maker, the Wi-Fi and cell service were terrible (T-Mobile and AT&T), and while there were plenty of towels, there weren’t many washcloths. The house was clean enough but could use a deeper clean — we found a few leftover clothes in drawers. The last bedroom’s TV had no remote, and the hot tub cover looked dry-rotted so we didn’t use it. The patio and fire pit seating get wet from sprinklers, and the home uses physical keys instead of a keypad.Overall, we really liked the house and would stay again. Great value, awesome location, and just a few small things to be aware of.

The house was as advertised. My one concern was promptly addressed.

House is located in good location....convenient to beaches, Old Town, etc. House is well stocked...kitchen is well supplied, there's lots of towels and linens. It's nice having hot tub, fire pit and pool table. There were a few issues upon our arrival. Dog poop in backyard, grass needed mowing, bees in house and a musty smell indoors. I will say that we contacted the owner and she had handyman come right over to take care of these issues. There were a few issues upon our arrival.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming home in San Diego! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect—tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but just minutes from shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. It made planning our days super easy. We used it as a home base for several adventures, including trips to the San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld, and the beaches, all of which were a short drive away. After long days out, it was so nice to come back and relax on the patio or cook dinner in the well-equipped kitchen. The hosts were friendly and responsive, providing helpful local recommendations and making us feel right at home. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, convenient spot in San Diego. A true gem—thank you for a wonderful stay!

We settled right into this house. Very comfortable, owner was great and could not have had a better location. It is centralized to everything, shopping, the zoo, the airport, Coronado Island. And we will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for our trip

It was a perfect house. We entertained four generations, ages ranging from 76 to 6 month, and everyone enjoyed them selves. The hostess was the best. She was helpful and prompt. She made our stay very easy. The area was quiet and close to everything. We would stay there again. Maybe next year.

Came out for my sons graduation to Drill Instructor. House is very familybfriendly woth plenty of options to keep everyone entertained.

Family vacation close to relatives who live in San Diego. Great location! Beds are super comfy; the pool table was a bonus along with the hot tub. The layout of the home worked perfectly for visiting and spending time together without feeling smothered. I would highly recommend this for anyone looking for a convenient location, and place to hang out at while vacationing!!! Host was very friendly, accommodating and easy to get ahold of.

The place was nice and spacious for me, my husband and our friends to relax and catch up. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool table. We also liked the fact that there was a TV in each room. Our host was very responsive to my questions and concerns. Highly recommended.

Home was ideal for visiting the sights in San Diego.

My family and I enjoyed staying here. We came for my son’s SDSU football camp which is 15 minutes away. Close to a mall, many restaurants, and the beach. Pool table and hot tub were a nice bonus. Property owner is excellent!

House is fine except there is a bad smell in the kitchen/living area. Bathrooms lights are dim.
