Family Fun near CHAS Summerville and Nexton

Great location, quiet, comfortable and plenty of space for us.

The place was really clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Maybe could have used another pot that had a cover, but not absolutely necessary. Also there was coffee for us to use which was a really nice touch. My husband really liked the TVs in every room. We stayed here mostly for the location which was very near our grandchildren.

The house was clean and neighbors were friendly. Location was close to our event. The dinning room was smaller than we thought.

We had a great stay! The place was very clean, and we really appreciated how responsive the owner was whenever we needed anything. We stayed for 10 days and everything worked out perfectly. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything — we’re looking forward to coming back soon!

The home had everything we needed for the week. It was in close proximity to our family and our favorite restaurants and coffee shops. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The host was good at communicating with us. We are looking forward to coming back again next year.

Cute little house stocked with all our needs. This home had everything we could need for a week away from home. The travel to Charleston is easy enough. We are a family used to a 30 min trip to town so it didnt bother us. Worth it to have a spacious place to spread out for a family of 7. Still close to plenty of restaurants, stores, etc.Home was clean. Owners communicated well. Definitely recommend!

We had a quick trip to visit Charleston south University. This was the perfect location. Only 15 minutes from Campus and out of the busyness of town but also close enough for a quick trip down to Charleston. Huge backyard to walk our dog and a nice quiet neighborhood as well. spacious bedrooms and the whole house had vinyl plank flooring, which was perfect for pets.
