The pool is designed for cooling off and relaxing (not for diving or lap swimming).

Guest Safety & Security Details:

For the safety of our guests and the security of our home, this property is equipped with active exterior security cameras located strictly outside in the front of the property.

They monitor the front door, the main driveway, and the front yard area. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private outdoor spaces.

Guest Verification Policy:

For safety, security, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes, the host reserves the right to request valid government-issued photo identification from the primary booking guest and/or adult occupants prior to check-in when reasonably necessary to verify the reservation or comply with property policies and platform requirements.

Noise & Smoke Monitoring

For the comfort of our guests and neighbors, Casa Solena is equipped with a Minut monitoring device in the main living area. The device monitors noise levels, crowd size, and cigarette smoke to help ensure compliance with house rules. It does not record audio, conversations, or video.
