Stayed Apr 9, 2025Loved the property. It was very quiet, clean, and extremely convenient. Close by to Publix, retail and restaurants! The bikes and golf cart were great. 360 did a great job as well. I would only say it would have been nice to have throws in the living room when relaxing. We also had to pay for parking at Camp Watercolor which was not fully understood since it’s not a public property and we paid quite a bit to stay within watercolor. Otherwise, we would go back in a heart beat.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969While the home was nice I was extremely disappointed in the customer service and lack of sincerity with the 360 customer service team. We arrived expecting to have a golf cart to use as transportations for The weekend. We took a shuttle from the airport to arrive upset and disappointed that there was no transportation at the house for us. My disappointment and frustration were compounded by the lack of urgency and care to remedy the situation. It took multiple phone calls and over 30 emails over a three day period before a cart was delivered. No one seemed to care about the inconveniences for and frustration the issue caused. It was just like calling any other crappy 1-800 number. I will never rent from 360 again.

Stayed Oct 16, 2021The Watercolor neighborhood is ideal with quiet streets, ample parking, a variety of pools with access to restaurants and bars, proximity to the beach, shopping & restaurants. Every single emoloyee at the pools, bars, stores was kind & happy! The house itself was very comfortable & functional, but could use a few added touches for perfection. The exterior entryway was in need of a pressure washing/paint job & made a terrible first impression. The slip covers on the couches, chairs & dining chairs were extremely dirty and stained. Each bathroom could use additional towel hooks/racks as one hook isn't sufficient for bath towels & the occasional wet suit or pool towel. Rooms could also use a full length mirror. The counters & mirrors over the sink were very high. This property management company, 360 Blue, is by far the most exceptional we've ever rented from in 15 years of vacation rentals! They provide clear communication via email, phone, website & their app is user-friendly and full of information. We received personal phone calls before & during our stay, a welcome gift & friendly customer service!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We stayed in Quinessential Cottage for the week of Christmas and had a wonderful time! There were 7 of us and the house had plenty of space and useful amenities like puzzles, games and cooing utensils to make our stay as comfortable as home. There were 5 bikes but one didn’t unlock. The golf cart accommodated everyone though! Very beautiful property! We hope to come back again soon!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We were in Watercolor for our granddaughter's wedding! The house was perfect for us and had plenty of room for everyone. There were 10 people in our party. Our favorite thing to do is to ride bikes, play pickle ball, walk on the beach, watch sunset and eat at the many food trucks on 30A. The only thing missing in the house is a microwave so be aware.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969What a week! This is our 3rd trip to Watercolor and 2nd time to stay in the Crossings District. We loved the close proximity to Publix and the new Perfect Pig restaurant (we ate their 2x for dinner and picked up fresh donuts delivered from Alys Beach one morning for breakfast). Only downside this trip were the yellow flies...we've never encountered a problem before this stay and did notice how many porches were now screened in (as our past homes there have been), so that might be a nice added feature for the house, if doable. One of our favorite early morning/evening activities is to sit on the porch, but those moments were short-lived this trip due to the flies (and bites). Every other aspect of the house was awesome! I've already recommended it to friends who were looking for a WC house this summer!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this fun watercolor property. We had 11 people and were accommodated very comfortably! It was our first time in the area and we loved this location that was extremely close to Publix (the local supermarket) and within easy distance of the beaches and restaurants. The golf cart and bikes were such a fun perk, making it both easier and more enjoyable to get around the area. The watercolor neighborhoods are so beautiful, as are all of the pools and common areas. We took advantage of the free kayak usage from the boathouse; truly a beautiful and peaceful setting. The house itself was tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture and beds. The pillows could have used an upgrade and a more ample supply of soap would be helpful. It was relatively well stocked with cookware, etc (though I recommend bringing your own chefs knife if you care about prepping with a quality knife) but did not have any essential cooking ingredients (not even salt and pepper). Great experience overall!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Everything went well. The property was a good size fir our family. The golf cart was a must for us to get around in Watercolor. The heated pool was nice for this time of year.
