Family Friendly Spacious Clean Coastal House Near Fenwick Island, Bethany Beach

Our stay at Hidden Bay Breeze was exceptional. One of the best vacations we’ve had with our whole family. The house easily accommodated our family of six adults and six children with room to spare. It was well stocked with kitchen utensils and hard a large dining area that seated the whole family. There was a large collection of games for the children. This home was in a great location that afforded access to many beach related activities. Wendy was an incredible host, responding quickly to all our inquiries and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely stay there again if we ever come back to the area.

This past week was our fourth summer staying at this house. It has so much to offer and is very spacious for large families. The neighborhood is quiet, but also very close to everything. Wendy is an exceptional host! Looking forward to coming back again next year.

Home away from home but nicer, with wonderful views of marine birds and an excellent recreation area. The house was equipped so we could fully enjoy. The kids loved kayaking and crabbing. Also had a great time at the outdoor concert venue. Strong communication with owner was appreciated.

We had a great time at this house. We were close to everything- grocery stores, restaurants, the beach, & the pier in the development. We used our paddle boards, so being within 200' feet of the launch spot made it easy to get the boards in the water. The pool & playground was only about a 7 minute walk so that was convenient too. Even though the development was a short drive from everything we needed, it was quiet & everyone we encountered was friendly. We definitely recommend this as a good vacation rental spot.

This was our third summer staying at this property. We absolutely love it here! The pool and clubhouse amenities are wonderful. The neighborhood is very quiet. Wendy is a great host and has everything you could possibly need to have a wonderful stay. She is very quick to respond to any questions. The home is always well maintained and move in ready for the week! We plan to come back again next summer :) Thanks for a wonderful family vacation, Wendy!

Our family had a wonderful vacation together at Wendy’s lovely, fully stocked home! The living and dining areas were even more spacious and open than I’d expected and nice for us all (4 couples and 5 children) to hang out together. We also greatly enjoyed outside time on the front porch/back patio and use of the included bikes and kayaks! Such a nice, peaceful neighborhood and the pool was a short walk/bike ride over as well. For the beach we went to the Fenwick Island State Park Wendy recommended which wasn’t a bad drive (10min) and seemed less crowded than other local beaches, plus the bathrooms were an added perk! Wendy was easy and quick to communicate with and really don’t have a negative thing to say about anything. We would definitely stay here again!

We had another great vacation in this home. We loved the quite location, but within 10 minutes could easily reach the beach and restaurants. The home easily accommodated our party of 7. The owner was quick to reply to any questions we had. Thanks Wendy for sharing your home with us!

We enjoyed our vacation very much at Wendy's home. The house is very spacious, comfortable and super well equipped. The children had fun with the bicycles available and the adults greatly appreciated the availability of beach equipment. We will keep very fond memories of our week spent at Hidden Bay Breeze.

Our family spent a week at Wendy’s home in The Refuge in Selbyville. We’ve stayed multiple times in that area and this house is among the best. Very close to the boat launch so that the kids could crab at night and all the amenities. Bikes and kayaks are provided which is also great. Pool is a short walk and is also included at no extra charge. Beautiful, secluded back patio area. Driveway fits 3 cars and 1 vehicle can be parked in the garage. 5 stars! We hope to stay again in the future!
