Family-Friendly San Antonio Home w/ Hot Tub & Deck

This was a fantastic place away from the crazy San Antonio traffic and rush. The house had all the things we needed to stay in and enjoy our time! We knew about the hot tub, but the massage chair was an extra little perk. Ms Victoria responded to any questions we had, almost immediately. The only problem we encountered were all the little steps in the house. I have mobility issues, and had a few problems stepping up and down so much. The steps were marked with signs, but were a bit dangerous at night. I admit, it gave the house a lot of character, but probably should be pointed out on the description. It was a gorgeous house, and a lovely stay though. We had a wonderful time, and would probably come back despite the steps. We even had a mother bird and her babies in the wreath on the door!? Thank you SO much!!

Overall, the house needs significant attention and a deep cleaning. The bathrooms were particularly disappointing — the master shower requires stepping down into it, which is not very user-friendly. The grout and caulk throughout the bathrooms were in poor condition, with caulk just piled on top of old layers. The bathtub in the hallway bathroom was so dirty we chose not to use it. The bath mats were very dirty, we ran them through the washing machine twice. The kitchen was cluttered, with cabinets and drawers disorganized. The listing also failed to mention that there are multiple step-down areas inside the home (from the foyer to the living room and again into the kitchen). While this wasn’t a problem for us, it could be a serious issue for anyone with mobility challenges or using a wheelchair. This should have been disclosed in the listing. Listing said there were 3 parking spaces. 2 on driveway, 1 in garage, there was already a car parked in the garage.The back deck was very weathered and uninviting, and we didn’t feel comfortable even considering using the hot tub. In addition, the pictures online are outdated and do not reflect the current state of the property.The one positive aspect is the location — the home is easy to access and sits in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood.

The hot tub was quite gross, there was an awful sewer smell, the beds were slanted and uncomfortable, and there was no garage door opener. The pictures and write up make it sound and look much nicer than the place actually is. Great location and super cute neighborhood though!

We came to town for a work event and shared the home when some of our co workers. Everyone enjoyed the layout of the space, the deck and hot tub. We’d love to come back again

The house is great, easy to find, beautiful and clean neighborhood, very quiet. Huge deck and yard with grill, hot tub, seating, fire pit and ample space to hang out. Very nice family room that was huge for everyone to be together in, and loved the large kitchen table. Not a five star because it just wasn’t well stocked and some of the simple things weren’t done. Lots of lights not working on the deck, very little towels, sheets, etc for everyone, and little in the way of trash bags, no Kleenex, and things like that that no traveler wants to go buy. Beds are also old and uncomfortable, but feel like with a little attention to those things and updating it would be a home run.

The house was quaint and quiet, and the perfect fit for our family of 3. The backyard is awesome, and also perfect for our two dogs. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a great house! Very spacious and cozy. Beds were comfy. We loved the hottub. Host was very responsive and accomodating.

Nice house, bath tub rusty dirty and did not drain. Filthy BBQ unusable and needs water changed, dust bunnies

It has everything you need for a large family with dogs. Yard, 2 bathrooms, hot tub, big couch, lovely kitchen, washers and dryers.
