Family-Friendly Rio Rancho Home Near Old Town

Everything was very well kept clean and we enjoyed our stay. The place is recently built, so the yard could use some landscaping as far as trees.

This is our second time we’ve stayed in this home. We have thoroughly enjoyed it. The location is great, close to family members who live in town and the neighborhood is quiet. This is our go to home choice for Rio Rancho. Thank you Holly for a wonderful stay! We look forward to another great visit.

Great, new and very clean home. Had everything we needed and in great location.

Loved the place. The only use would be the shower in master bath needs handles to hold on to while showing for older adults.

The host was very responsive and gracious. The house was as described and well stocked. We were grateful to be able to bring our dog with us but we did have a small issue with allergies (we are all very allergic to cats). The king bed in the master was very firm/uncomfortable but the other beds were much better.

This was a great place to stay while out in Rio Rancho. The house was clean and in a good location. Communication was quick and easy and so was the check-in process. The only suggestion is to have a garage door opener available. First world problems but still annoying to pull out of the garage, get out of the car, close the garage, and go back out the front every time we left. Other than that we enjoyed the house and would stay there again.

A very well-appointed house: we had everything we needed but food! Beds very comfortable, with cotton sheets. Beautifully clean and pleasingly styled.The only problem for us was that we wanted to leave the dog at the house while went to the zoo. Did not know exactly what qualified as an “extended” time, so ended up leaving someone at the house while the rest of us went.The rule is understandable, as pets can act differently when they are not at home, but it would have been helpful information to know ahead of time.Lovely place; we all enjoyed it very much!

We needed a home near our family who live in Rio Rancho. When we travel, we like to feel at home in our accommodations. This home was a perfect home away from home and we're hoping to stay here on our next Rio Rancho visit

THIS IS A GREAT HOUSE, EVERYTHING WE NEEDED.

Everything worked out well during our three night stay. We were in town for a family visit and nice staying in this home that was close to where some of my family lives. Family room, master bedroom and one guest bedroom had ceiling fans, but one guest room with twin beds didn’t have a ceiling fan. The owner reached out to me the morning of our drive out and she was easy to get in touch with for any issues or questions. Will definitely keep this home in mind for a future stay.

This Albuquerque home was Clean and Decorated so cute. This kitchen had all the essentials to prepare meals for your family. It is amazing all the stars you can see at night. Within 10 minutes of shopping, restaurants, grocery stores and theaters. When returning to Albuquerque, this home would be on the top of my list to reschedule. Owner was exceptional easy to communicate with and answered all questions in remarkable time.

Clean well maintained home. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. Excellent host. Will definitely book this home again.
