Recently renovated with all the modern comforts, this architect designed 70's home retains much of its original character. The home has 4 bedrooms with queen size beds and a study. The master has an ensuite and a dedicated parents retreat. There are an additional two family bathrooms.



Wi-Fi via NBN is available along with a dedicated office space for those quick video catchups. Two smart TVs provide separate entertainment spaces for adults and kids or for just catching the game together.



Outside, there are multiple areas for the family to enjoy with a fully enclosed backyard for kids to play. There is a BBQ with outdoor seating in the semi-covered patio, a large paved area as well as lawn area to enjoy a game or just catching some sun. The wrap around deck on the upper level is a perfect spot to sit and watch the birds...



There is ample space for onsite parking as well as free off-street parking.



Guest Access:

You will have full access to the entire property. Enjoy full use of the house as well as the garden and upstairs balcony. There is plenty of off-street parking. It is less than a 5 minute drive or an easy 15 minute walk to the beach, shops and golf course.



The Neighborhood:

Clifton Springs is a residential area with a diverse coastline, a boat harbor, scenic walks, and a picnic area. Major shopping is in nearby Drysdale.. Clifton Springs is in a great location with an easy drive to nearby wineries, coastal towns on the Bellerine Peninsula & a short drive to Geelong.

Our property is provided for your enjoyment during your stay. We hope you are considerate and respectful of the care of the property. Please note that smoking/vaping is prohibited - violations are subject to fines. In the unfortunate event of an accident please be aware it is the guests responsibility that any damages must be paid for. Please also be considerate of your neighbours. A $150 extra fee applies for lost keys or callout after normal business hours Mon-Fri. The property shall not be used by more than the maximum number of guests allowed. Please note there are no stair gates so we strongly advise no toddlers allowed. BBQ: Please ensure the gas bottle is turned off and the grill is cleaned. An additional charge of $50 will apply if the BBQ is required to be cleaned after your use. All bookings are subject to approval pending Guest verification process - Local council restrictions are in place for this property and compliance is mandatory. Failure to complete the guest verification process within 48 hours of booking may result in automatic cancellation.
