Family Friendly, Putting Green and Heated Pool. Centrally located!

This was the second time my group has stayed at this property. It's very comfortable and the putting green is great along with the pool. After a day of golf, the pool felt great.A lot of great restaurants are located within 15 minutes and no issues with any of the neighbors. There is a main road that runs behind the home, but you don't hear the noise from traffic inside the home.It's nice to return to the same property and know where everything is located in the home. My group had a great time, and we are planning our third annual golf get away for next year. We will be planning to stay at this property again.

Great house for kids & great value for your money. Enjoyed our stay & the kids loved the pool & putting green. Only downside was road noise. Overall great stay

This property is very nice. The only issues are that we had some problems with the dish washer only starting on delay. That may have been the operator. Also the traffic is kind of noisy, but that can't he helped. And rental houses seem to always have dull kitchen knives.

The home was exactly as portrayed in the description and photos. We felt very at home as the property had every thing we needed, the kitchen was very well supplied to make cooking easy. The pool was a big hit for the whole family, as was the putting green. The location offers many options for shopping and restaurant's. Communication with the host was very good, Ileana was very quick to respond to any questions, and very friendly to work with. I would definitely rent this property again.

The property was nice. There were 6 of us on a golf trip and the sleeping bedrooms were great for that. The noisy road that runs behind the house made it harder to enjoy the back yard and sometimes even getting to sleep was a chore.

The host was super friendly and quick to respond, the house had everything we could possibly need or want, and was tastefully decorated.

We had a wonderful stay. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Check-in was easy. The home was clean and comfortable. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The home was spacious and had enough room for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked. The host was helpful and communicated frequently. We appreciate the hospitality and would love to return.

We had a great stay in Gilbert. The house is very welcoming, with 5 good size bedrooms. The main floor has a great layout that offers two living areas and two eating areas, which is accommodating for bigger families. The pool is heated, 85 degrees in January which the kids loved. Our hosts were nothing but amazing with accommodating requests and answering all of our questions. This property will be on our Arizona east valley list for future stays. Everything was great. Kitchen well stocked. Bathrooms were clean and stocked. Property was as advertised.

This was a great gathering place for families. The 5 bedrooms & 2 living rooms made it very comfortable for everyone. The location has lots of street parking. The swimming pool & golf pad was a huge hit with the kids/teens. Communication with the host was very quick & attentive. Definitely a gem for multiple families vacationing together.

Great home! House was clean when we arrived. It was spacious and the pool was very nice and the putting green was a big attraction for everyone Beds were fine and they had plenty of towels for both bathrooms and poolBathrooms had plenty of supplies such as shampoo etc and emergency travel stuff such as toothpaste Plenty of kitchen supplies and a few snacks were appreciated when we got into the home. Host was responsive to a few questions and check in was quick and easy. One minor note is that it was a little noisy in the back yard. Thank you for opening your home to us.

We were in town for my son's wedding and this was a perfect place to spend the weekend with family. We were able to cook, play games, and enjoy time together all under one roof in a relaxed comfortable space. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We all live different parts of the US and met in Phoenix to play golf and have a great time.The house was perfect. We enjoyed the putting green and the pool was well used by all of us.For us the house was located close to great golf courses and plenty of restaurants and Costco.We will definitely stay here again.

Plenty of rooom, great family location.

House is well equipped with everything you need or forgot to bring. Side street is a bit noisy as others have said but we got used to it after a few nights. Wouldn’t stop me from renting here again tho.
