Guest Access

You will have the entire private home to yourself. This includes all four bedrooms, both bathrooms, the kitchen, living areas, laundry facilities, fully fenced backyard, and private swimming pool.

There are no shared indoor or outdoor spaces with other guests.

Parking & EV Charging

Parking is available in the two-car residential garage, driveway, and on the street. A Level 2 EV charger is also available on the premises.

The home is conveniently located near many of the area's most popular destinations, including Arizona State University, Tempe Town Lake, Old Town Scottsdale, restaurants, shopping, golf, and other Valley attractions.

Interaction With Guests

We respect your privacy and offer convenient self-check-in. We will not be present during your stay, but we're always available through the VRBO messaging app or by phone if you have questions, need assistance with the home, or would like recommendations for the Tempe and Scottsdale areas.

Pet Policy

We welcome up to two small, well-behaved, housebroken dogs weighing under 30 pounds each.

Please notify us in advance if you plan to bring your furry friends.

* No smoking or vaping inside the home.
* Please keep noise at a respectable level during the day and to a minimum after 10:00 PM.

For the safety and security of our guests and property, outdoor security cameras are located in the front and back yards. There are no indoor cameras.
