Family Friendly Plum Island Beach Cottage!

Nice place close to beach and an easy walk to shops and Merrimack River. Well stocked kitchen with all the pots and pans, dishes and utensils for a week’s stay. Highly recommend it for a stay on plum Island.

We loved our stay. The cottage was awesome and the beach setting was incredible, even with the rainy days we had. Jim was a fantastic host, very responsive, helpful, and friendly.

Really loved this place for a Memorial Day weekend on Plum Island. It had a cozy, rustic cabin feel downstairs, especially in the living room, but then the upstairs was bright, airy, and full of natural light, which felt perfect for a beach house.Honestly, I thought it looked even better in person than it did in the photos. Super comfortable, easy place to relax, and a great spot for a long beach weekend. Would definitely stay again.

Location was amazing and house was cozy and clean. Kitchen was fully stocked with necessities. Bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. We loved our stay!

One of our friends could not climb the stairs so slept on the hide a bed in the downstairs room.

Location to the beach was perfect,but the house itself needs to be updated badly!Livingroom had a very old couch and there was not enough seating for 6 adults.Outside area could use a picnic table to be able to sit and eat outside.Jim was very responsive but the property itself needs a deep clean.We did make the best of it and we fell in love with Plum Island

Cute summer cottage. Located right across from the beach. The beach was not busy and water was beautiful.

Nice cottage just steps from the beach and close to restaurants and wildlife refuge on Plum Island. Well supplied kitchen with everything you need for a weekly stay. Nice place and friendly property manager who checked on us at arrival and was willing to respond to any concerns we had if needed.

My family had a nice bonding time. My only comment is the bush as you enter parking. It blocks the street which is busy to bikers and cars.

It was a great place to stay with multiple guests. The house was very clean and had lots of space. I would love to come back in the summer and really get to enjoy how close the beach is.

Stayed here for 3 nights to visit friends and family. Location is easy to get to, beach is just across the street. We were there in the after season so it is much quieter in the area (and some restaurants were closed for the season) but Newburyport is less than 10 minutes away and is always busy. Cottage is a typical rustic New England place, perfect for our needs.

This was the first time I had headed north for a vacation. The area was everything that I expected. My host was available throughout the week to answer any questions. I loved that the sheets and towels were provided, access to coffee, staples in the fridge, and close to the beach.

Here for family wedding,beach made the time so memorable for cousins and family .

Great location, roomy, easy to use kitchen, and a very short walk to beach. If this place is free next year, we will be coming back!

The house was adequate for our particular needs.

We had a great girls weekend staying here! The house was plenty spacious for the five of us to be comfortable and loved using the outdoor spaces as well. The house was very well maintained and fully stocked. We also loved the location, the beach is right across the street and we took many walks up and down the island. Bill was easy to communicate with and always responded fast. We loved the cottage and would definitely stay here again!
