Pool water too cold and dirty so no swimming

Not up to my cleaning standards. I dont believe the showers or floors/kitchen walls were cleaned before we arrived. Crumbs and small hairs everywhere. Zero communication with property manager despite multiple attempts before we even arrived. Washer was also full of crusted washcloths.

Not very clean, nice otherwise.

The house was not very clean. Seemed as though the master wasn’t vacuumed, and just all around dirty. The screened in pool area needed repairs. We didn’t pay to have to clean the pool to use it. It was littered with tree debris and bugs. There were floats, but no pump to blow them up. The information given for wifi and pw were incorrect. We left a voicemail, text message and sent an email to the manager & she DID NOT RESPOND! I ended up calling her eventually to get that information & she seemed a bit annoyed and ill prepared about having to take my call. We would definitely not recommend staying here.

We head a great time, the house was very clean

First i will start by saying that at first glance the please looks nice. As we got into the place was dusty we had to get lysol & lysol wipes which we left what was left behind and cleaned the place. The house must have been closed for a long time cause it had that musty smell we had to wash the sheets before using because the smell was in the sheet.ann the pool was clean before i got there dirt at the bottom og the pool but this was caused by the poot upkeep of the encashment of the pool. I have used Virbo at least 4 times and this is the first time I was disappointed and dissatisfied. I paid for use if the pool and couldn't use it because after they cleaned it on Friday by the end of the day the pool was dirty again. Stuff kept falling into the pool because it was not properly protected. I feel that i deserve some restitution what do you think.

We vacationed with another couple to visit friends in Ocala. Excellent setup with each couple having their own side of the house including a bathroom. Beds were very comfortable, everything we needed was there and the wifi was extremely fast. Host was very easy to get a hold of.

The neighborhood was nice and quite. Close to many places that one can travel to for entertainment. Local restaurants and shopping are kinda far. Have to go to Ocala most times, about ten miles. Took a day trip to Orlando.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, safe neighborhood. Down sides, hot water heater barely lasted through one shower, the icemaker didn’t work, no blankets, front door light bulb and master bedside lamp burned out w/no replacements, no nearby grocery store as Winn Dixie closed. WiFi information was incorrect, we searched and found a router with the correct information. I feel just a few updates and the property will be perfect. We enjoyed our stay!

Location was perfect for the wedding venue we were attending. Close proximity to grocery and restaurants. Home was spacious well equipped and pool was a huge bonus. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. We will definitely stay again when in the area if available.

We stayed at the home in October during Hurricane Milton. It was clean, very comfortable and the property manager, Kelly was amazing. Highly recommend.

Nice house

I love this location. I stood at this location just with my daughter. I felt extremely safe around this area. I loved seeing other children playing outside. The house was beautiful and the pool was amazing.

Great stay! The property manager was very helpful when an issue came up. Pool was nice.

No issues - everything was well stocked in kitchen. House was clean and comfortable. Pool was clean and had cleaning nets so we could maintain daily.
