* **Master Suite:** Features a California king bed, smart TV, an ensuite bathroom with a large tiled shower and double vanity, and French doors that open directly to the backyard.

Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire 3-bedroom home, including the private backyard, pool, and hot tub. Enjoy the convenience of a private entrance and seamless self-check-in. The garage is the only area that is off-limits to guests.



The Neighborhood:

Relax House is located in Desert Park Estates, a mixed architectural residential neighborhood in North Palm Springs, CA, where many of its homes were built in the 1950’s up to the 2000’s. This area is very quiet, and just a few miles away from Albertsons, Starbucks, EOS Gym, Walgreens, and Victoria Park.



Getting Around:

If you are not bringing on renting your own car, Uber and Lyft are going to be your best bet to get around.



Other Things to Note:

* **City Requirements:** The City of Palm Springs requires a signed rental agreement, a copy of your government-issued ID, and the license plate numbers of your vehicles after booking. This will be handled through a separate, secure portal. City of Palm Springs ID #068770.

* **Pool & Hot Tub:** Jacuzzi heating is complimentary. Optional pool heating is available for an additional $99 per night (2-night minimum). This must be requested at least 48 hours in advance of your stay.

* **Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We are happy to offer flexible arrival and departure times, when possible, for an additional fee of $25 per hour. Please request this service in advance.

* **Potential for Noise:** Please note that the home is located near the airport. While most guests have not found it to be an issue, some have noted occasional noise.

* **Cancellation Policy:** Guests may cancel within 48 hours of booking for a full refund. A 50% refund is offered for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in. Cancellations within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

* **Our Commitment to Cleanliness:** Your health and safety are our priority. Our professional team follows enhanced cleaning and disinfecting protocols before every stay, ensuring the home is spotless for your arrival.



Interaction with Guests:

We are committed to providing our guests with a private and relaxing stay. While we will not be present at the property, we are always available and responsive via the booking platform or by phone should you need anything at all. Self-check-in and check-out make your arrival and departure seamless.

    Check in was a bit clunky due to multiple codes not working for the door, despite two days of emails with Apek prior to make sure everything was good to go. Once we were able to get in, the house was wonderful and we'd most likely stay again.
