The 4 of us had an outstanding time during our 2 night stay while attending the Dickens Christmas weekend in Skaneateles! The place was comfortable and cozy, we felt right at home! Staying here turned a good weekend into a great weekend!

What a great find. We came to the area for my daughter’s wedding and wanted to avoid hotels. This was perfect. We felt right at home plus the boys enjoyed fishing on the lake. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely stay here. The owners were great to communicate with. We couldn’t have been happier!!! 5 stars

Beautiful property on Song Lake for a weekend stay while visiting our son in Syracuse. This house has everything you need, a nice screened-in porch, fire pit, and breathtaking views of the lake. A very relaxing place to stay. You will not be disappointed!

Cozy and cute. Spacious open floorplan with amazing views of the lake. Even though our stay was windy and rainy - the screened in porch provided lots of outdoor living area. Perfect for our group. Owners put a lot of thought into the design and comfort for their guests

The property was beautiful, comfortable, quiet. Needed nothing. Love the area, song mountain ,Cornell University, Cortland Theatre!! Just a great relaxing vacation!!!

This location was a perfect balance of peace and nature, away from the noise of crowded resorts and cities. The home was updated and modern and had literally everything you needed. Outdoor grill, screened porch viewing the lake, boats of all kind, canoe, kayak, paddle boards, you name it, even the life vests. Fishing gear, check, corn-hole, check, they were very thoughtful and the owners are friendly and awesome hosts, would visit again no question.

We enjoyed the house and the lake community it was a perfect getaway and close to things to occupy our time. We met our hosts who were very nice and accommodating. I would love to continue to visit this lake house in the future.

Property was clean, easy to find, as described in the listing and in a safe area. Had everything we needed as well as a few staples in the cabinet. Salt, pepper, some seasonings, sugar, etc.

Our family of five had another place booked for a ski trip to Greek Peak, and that reservation fell through the day before our trip, due to a problem at the house. After scrambling through VRBO, we found this house and were able to book it last minute. What luck that turned out to be! The house is warm and inviting, really well furnished and stocked, couches and beds both super comfy, and the fireplace completes the vibe. The back porch overlooks Song Lake, which is as beautiful as its name. Check in was simple, and Chris and Michelle are helpful, friendly hosts. The only downer was having to leave! We hope to come back, for sure.

The house is very spacious. The large screened in porch is wonderful. Beds are comfortable. Nice big shower.

The Family Lake House is a wonderful place to relax and recharge. The screened porch with morning coffee was so nice! The view of the lake and the peace and quiet was so nice. Fishing was fun from the shore and out in the lake in one of the many available boats. Inside, the house was very clean and fully stocked. Highly recommend!

The house was cozy, warm, inviting and everything you'd look for with a family of 6. The linen were clean, the house spectacular and the owners were the best my family and I could ask for. 5 out of 5 stars, highly recommend.

We loved this lake house! The pictures don't do it justice. It's very welcoming and comfy. The weather didn't cooperate but we had a great time anyway. There are lots of games to choose from and our family enjoyed many of them. We even ordered one that was new to us so we could continue to enjoy it. We had everything we needed there. The recommendations were greatly appreciated and we enjoyed shopping at Anderson's farm market. If you are looking for a place to hang out as a family or group of friends, this is the place. Reading in the screened porch while my family kayaked was perfect. I highly recommend this getaway! We would definitely consider coming back!

I got this lake house for the weekend to celebrate my grandsons 10th birthday !!!! He loves to fish ….. and that he did !!!! The kayaks ,Paddle boards and the Rowboat were an added plus !!! I had all 3 grandchildren and they enjoyed this experience immensely !!!! Now they ALL would like this for their birthdays !!!!! Next year it will be for a whole week !!! This was a Priceless experience for us all !!!! Chris was a great host for us . Responded quickly . The house had everything you need , beautifully decorated and inviting to all . We will return !!!???

Great place on the lake! Very clean and comfortable. House had kayaks, paddleboards, cornhole and all kinds of outdoor fun. Great fire pit!

Truly enjoyed our weekend away for a friends wedding. The home was cute and cozy. Highly recommend
