We had a wonderful stay! Beautiful home and it was very clean and quiet. Had everything we needed and more.

Hosts Crystal & Lee were outstanding in working with us and giving us needed information.

Very comfortable and safe property for the price.

The kitchen was very nicely equipped. The house was very clean and in very good condition. We throughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were excellent.

Had a few AC problems which was not great but these folks did their best to take care of us. I’d sure stay there again if I need a place in Oak Hill.

The house was bright and nicely decorated as well as clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay for a couple of days. It was about 15 mins to S. Congress Street where we enjoyed shopping. Thank you Crystal for your patience while trying to figure out how to open the contract/lease and for communicating the instructions. Much appreciated.

My daughter graduated on Thursday. We live in this neighborhood. I have walked my dog past this place many times and hoped I’d have a time where I could utilize it. I was able to rent it for some family and they loved it. They were very comfortable. They only wished there were some drawers to unpack a little.

Crystal was really responsive. Place was just as seen in the pictures. Very welcoming and friendly. We'd come back!

The property was a great size and seemed well equipped, although we didn’t end up using many of the amenities. The check in and out were quick and easy, the communication with the host was great, there was a surprisingly good Chinese restaurant at the end of the street, it worked well for our family.

Very good communication from property manager. Property was very nice and clean, all newer updated appliances, everything you need except food to cook. We were in town for a wedding andmy wife and I, my mother, and our daughter and son inlaw. All were very comfortable. Couch is a little stiff as stated by others

Really no complaints. We were looking for an affordable place to stay and this fit the bill. Clean, responsive owners, and overall good experience. TV is hit or miss and not very reliable, but other than that, everything else was great. Location isn't the best, but that's the trade off you make for more affordable options.

This property is in a quiet neighborhood with lots of privacy. Home exceptionally clean and comfortable. Soft linens and cozy beds as well! Perfect spot for a friends weekend or family!

Our two night stay in Austin was part of week in the Texas Hill Country. The property was very convenient to Austin and the activities we had planned. It was well appointed and very clean and comfortable for my family of 5. The check in process was flawless and Crystal was very good about reaching out to ensure we had everything we needed.

Crystal was a great host keeping us informed with courtesy. The place was just what we needed and elegantly decorated with all the necessities. Will stay again when visit Austin again.

We came and provided the full Thanksgiving meal by arranging for a local chef to deliver. This worked out just right as I suspect most rental houses don’t need baking dishes enough for this holiday. The cleanliness and everything we needed was provided for us to provide a nonstressful holiday for the new parents, from South Austin,and our daughter.

What we appreciated about our stay - *updated and clean unit *large common area for the family to hang out *fully fenced yard with a locking gate *duplex design (we didn't hear renters in the other side) *quiet neighborhood *close and convenient location (15 minutes or less to any city site) * clear, reasonable and easy procedures for check-in & check-out *helpful and responsive owners (answered within a few minutes each time) Thanks to Crystal and Lee for providing a great launching pad for an exceptional weekend!
