Family Friendly Hot Tub Home in the Nedonna Beach neighborhood of Rockaway Beach

Beautiful home! Well stocked!

The house was charming and perfect for our group with perfect location to the beach. However, the keys to the hot tub were missing. After reaching out to the rental management agency multiple times, they just never followed through with a solution. All I was told was they were reaching out to their team and then radio silence. No solution... Nothing. We were very disappointed as this was one of the reasons we chose this place. Also, there was no propane in the BBQ tank (our last meal of the weekend was somewhat ruined/just not right) or outdoor dining as claimed in the ammenities and pictures.

Location was perfect for us. Home was not bad overall.

Great neighborhood. Super easy beach access. Super fun marsh land area were kids could all kinds of play in nature for hours. Great house. Sleeps 10, with everyone sharing beds/ sleeping space. 3 car limit on property (fyi). 3 Full bathrooms were great. Hot tub worked perfectly. We had one issue where we couldn't get the outside faucet to turn off (rinsing feet before getting into the hot tub), called the PM and got help easily. 10 am checkout was a little rough, but great weekend.

The only flaw: hot tub stopped working and got cold as we were sitting in it. Everything else was delightful!

The house looked nice on the surface, but was not functional at all. Dryer was broken, Wi-Fi didn’t work, hot tub tripped the breaker anytime you tried to run the jets or increase the heat, no outdoor seating in backyard (even though it was pictured in the listing), no vacuum or broom available to clean up, the propane on bbq was empty, and there was no access to the pantry for additional food storage, so all the food for 10 people for 4 days had to be out on the counters or on the floor. Would not recommend or stay here again.

The internet was not working the only full day we were there. That meant we could not watch TV, we could not internet surf, we could not do any computer work. The property management company didn't seem to know much about the house but told us this happens a lot at this house, that it's in a bad location for internet, it goes down all the time. I asked if they could get a hold of owner to see if they could call internet provider to reset the system but they said they had no access to the owner. Also, the showers were clogged and gross to use and the sink in bathroom was also clogged. Yuck! Some of the outlets upstairs didn't work either. Location was weird, quite a long hike to get to the beach. I would not recommend staying here. Regret it!

Our family had a great stay - plenty of room and comfortable. Within walking distance of the beach!

This house was perfect in every way! Comfy beds, gorgeous decor and worked out for us in entryway! Enjoyed the hot tub, the beautiful ocean just down the road and the outdoor inviting patio! Lots of carpenter ants, but that maybe because time of year. And glad we brought our own chairs for the back as none were provided. But these two things won’t hinder us from coming back! We for sure will be back! Thank you!!!
