Family Friendly Home~Pets Welcome-Fenced Yard

We stayed here after flying into Nashville from Portland, OR. It was a very nice place to get some rest before heading to Hot Springs, Arkansas. The fenced backyard was perfect for the dog. The location was good, there were some fun games and it was very clean and well stocked.

House was clean, looked like pics, communication was good.

At the last minute we were asked to go to another location-not the one we selected & paid up front for. Bear Court home had many issues & our agenda did not allow extra time to negotiate with Host! We clearly stated 3 adults. One bedroom was a kids room with bunk beds/completely unacceptable for a 70 year old woman!! with only a blanket-no sheets. Electrical outlets in both bathrooms not working. No lighting in bedrooms or living room-very dark & no night lights in bathrooms. Master bedroom bed frame had large exposed screws & bolts that were dangerous. Temperature difficult to control & thermostat was very difficult to use. The house & bathrooms were clean, but a 150.00 cleaning charge is ridiculous-twice what we’ve paid at any other place we’ve stayed.Overall experience was unacceptable & we would never use this group again. We feel we are deserving of at least a partial refund!

The property was well appointed, maintained and lived up to its' description

We stayed here while passing through the area. The place was very clean and everything was accurate according to the listing. The fenced in back yard was great for my two dogs. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe and there was enough space for our truck and trailer to fit in the driveway. We would definitely stay here again!

We needed a short term stay while we had our wood floors refinished. This house was very clean, cozy and met all our needs. Beds are comfortable and the backyard is perfect for pets.

We traveled to Clarksville to be by family for my nieces baby shower. The listing was spot on. House was very clean and had all the comforts and amenities we needed. The neighborhood was quiet, very close to stores and restaurants. The yard is completely fenced in which is great as we traveled with our dog. Would definitely recommend if you need to stay in this area. Would stay there again. Thank you again Gary

This was our best experience ever with short term rentals. Will book it again when we return to Clarksville to visit our grandchildren.

The property was clean and well appointed. There were clear instructions about how to access the property. The property owner left contact information should we need them; however we had no issues. We had a wonderful experience and would consider this property for future trips.

This was our first rental. It exceeded our expectations. This would be the first property I would look for if staying in this area again. Very clean. Everything we needed was there. Could not ask very a more gracious host or property.
