Family friendly home off bike trail and quiet subdivision with lots of updates!

We had a great stay in Springfield. We were here to show sheep at the all-American junior sheep show. It was so nice to be able to come home to a cozy house in the evenings. Highly recommend!

We were in Springfield with family for my mother-in-law's memorial service. This home was perfect for our family...my husband and I, our son and his daughter, and our daughter & her family. It was clean and comfortable! It allowed us to be together and catch up with each other. The neighborhood is very walkable, which was nice. The kids enjoyed the basement play area. We appreciated the extra bathroom downstairs! We made popcorn one night (there was a popcorn maker for the microwave). We didn't do much cooking, but ordered pizzas from a nearby Papa Murphy's and baked them at the house. Every thing we needed was there. The home is thoughtfully decorated and equipped. It has a very peaceful atmosphere, which we appreciated. If I could suggest anything to our lovely hosts, it would be to add more coffee mugs, a set of measuring cups, and a dish rag or sponge for handwashing items at the sink. But, really, the home is great, and exceptionally clean and well taken care of! The beds and pillows were very comfortable. I can recommend this home & the hosts in every way!

Went with friends to sight see in the city. The house was well furnished, clean and the property managers very attentive and helpful. Would stay here again!

Our crew stayed at the property for a month while completing construction work in downtown Springfield.The property offered all the amenities of home during our stay.Angela, the host was attentive and easy to work with. Would recommend this property to anybody looking to stay in the area.
