My stay at this property was wonderful. The host was excellent in the field of communication, helping me through any questions I had both before and during my stay. Will most definitely be looking out for this property or another owned by the same host during my next stay in Austin.

This home is cozy and clean! With my son in Austin and us in San Antonio this is a perfect place for us to stay for the weekend! More reasonably priced than many hotels. I’ve already booked it again for November. The management company was wonderful to work with as well, making the check in and check out process easy peasy!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was unacceptable. Our experience staying at this property was one of the worst we’ve had through VRBO, and I feel obligated to warn future guests.Right away, the property was clearly not cleaned properly. The shower curtain was covered in mold, the floors were visibly dirty, and we found multiple cockroaches throughout the house. There was no vacuum accessible, and communication about even basic supplies was confusing and inconsistent.But the most alarming part: we found the tip of a hypodermic needle on the floor. That’s a serious health hazard—especially as we were traveling with a toddler. We contacted the management company immediately and requested the home be professionally cleaned.We were told cleaners would arrive between 9–10 AM the next morning, so we left the house to accommodate that. When we returned, nothing had been cleaned. After chasing down updates, we were told the cleaners actually wouldn’t arrive until 3–5 PM. Again, we made an effort to leave. When someone finally showed up at 12:45, our son had just gone down for a nap. We asked the cleaner to return later, but could not make that happen either. All met with unanswered calls, generic apologies and delayed responses. The company offered 75 as “a gesture of goodwill”, half the cleaning fee, which we accepted. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. This property was not cared for, not clean, and not run with the most basic level of hospitality.

If you have young kids, this is the place to stay. The backyard is the best!

We came to Austin to be centrally located for our son’s wedding. The home is comfortable, clean with a great backyard which gets great shade to sit outside.. we had no kids to play on the playground but plenty of run around for our pup.. The wireless is fast and there are enough televisions for all.. we never had time for the air hockey thank you for hosting us, you will be our first choice whenever we return from Michigan..

I had to travel to Austin for work and brought my family along. This home was perfect for my kids and offered lots of activity and places to play. They spent a ton of time playing in the play house, the swing set and the air hockey table. It offered everything we needed.

This home was very nice! Plenty of room, comfortable, everything I needed. It was also perfectly located on a nice quiet street in a great South Austin location. Property Management was very responsive and helpful.
