Family-Friendly Home close to Theme Parks

Great overall close and convenient to everything you need.

Beautiful home in a quite neighborhood. Close to multiple stores and restaurants. Will definitely book here again for next year.

The house was clean and comfortable. The host responded quickly and check-in was super easy.

Property and location were fine. The garbage disposal and ice maker did not work. Had addressed the issue to the host upon arrival. Never heard back about these issues until I mentioned it again at checkout. I was told that maintenance wasn’t able to come out and fix it but thanked me for bringing it to their attention for future guests?

We felt very relaxed and comfortable in Julian’s beautiful home. Everything was as advertised and the kids really loved the pool. We stayed 2 days before our cruise and it was very pleasant. Will definitely book again.

Overall it's a nice house. Location was about 35-45 minutes away from Disney/Universal/Icon Park which was nice to get away from the chaos, but close enough that we didn't dread the drive every day.

Everything was great! The house had what you needed to feel like home away from home! They machined all living space and that was very impressive!

Villa nice. Had a few issues when arrived which were resolved within 28 hours. The kitchen lights were still not working when we left after 8 days.

Great place to stay.

Nice little home situated close to Disney & Universal Studio Parks .. Drive to parks were within minutes & back to house ! Just want we wanted .. The house was as clean as anyone could ask for . The Beds were very comfortable, making for a good nights sleep before you head back to the Parks ! The kitchen had everything you need cook a good meal.. and all the appliance were new . Washer & Dryer were very nice & ping pong table in garage was brand new. . Thanks for the Wonderful Host as she was quick to respond & genuinely wants you to Enjoy your Stay!

We really enjoyed the property and neighbothood. We felt safe and the neighborhood was very quiet. The house was close to restaurants and there were plenty of nearby activities for us to do. Julian was very helpful and addressed our questions in a timely manner. My onlynsuggestion would be to have a lounge chair as we apent 2 weeks at the property.

I can’t recommend this property enough. The owner was very helpful and responsive. The check in was easy and property clean. The beds were comfortable and property felt homely. We enjoyed the outdoor pool area and table tennis after a long day at the theme parks.

It was a great stay. Very clean house. The only problem we had was a smoke detector fell and broke and when I tried to contact about it, it took a while and I never got a response to the last message. Good location.

The host was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Checkin was seamless. The pool temp was like bath water. We had the ability to adjust the temp. The kitchen and inside of frig was spotless. I don't think the floors had been mopped as our socks showed dirt. We mopped. It was

Overall the stay was great. I would recommend extra paper towels, toilet tissues, garbage bags, etc. Other than that it was wonderful!!

Everything was exactly as pictured and stated! The home was clean and very close to all restaurants and Disney. We enjoyed our stay here and thank you for welcoming us Julian!

First of all, The host was very friendly and very responsive. The property was clean as well. This is our third time visiting Florida but our first time at this property. Few things to be aware of: - The water smelled extremely bad throughout our stay. It smelled like sewage water. As mentioned this is our third time there and we are familiar with the water condition in Florida but we have never experienced water as bad as this. I wish they would of mentioned that ahead of time.. - One morning we woke up only to see a guy in the backyard. I asked him what he was doing and he said he was there to clean the pool in the back. I wish they would’ve given us a heads up or if he would’ve knocked before going through the back door ( somehow)without notifying us.. - There is a $45 daily fee for heating the pool with minimum of two days. The pool is small and it wasn’t worth the additional fee. Again, the host was very polite and responsive. This js out positive feedback

Booking was really easy, checking in was really easy and checkout was super easy overall a great experience

The place is immaculately clean and thoughtfully appointed. Easy check process and good communication with host. Two minor concerns were quickly addressed. The neighborhood is quiet, street parking causes some traffic congestion. I did not have time to use the pool.

This vacation home was a nice, clean and in the perfect location for access to the Disney parks, local restaurants and grocery stores. We would definitely recommend staying at this location.

The check in and out was quick and easy. The house overall was nice, and clean. The host got back to me when i had questions or concerns quickly. The neighborhood wasnt bad either its close to a lot of food, and stores. The pool was really nice, the only complant is that the jets only come on during certain times. However the host was nice enough to tell us how to turn them back on, but they only stayed on for like 15mins. However, when maintenance came out they did change this and it stayed on longer. The rooms were nice and the bed in the master was mostly nice. In the center me and my partner would sink down. Just an fyi for anyone tall the shower in the master is short so my partner had to use the hall shower, it seemed a bit taller for him. The kitchen was stocked with different pots and pans, cups and plates. The pool got cleaned during our stay, and we didnt know about it until after it happened, which isnt an issue. however we couldnt get the back door to lock, so it was a bit unsettling for us. However, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again if in the area.
