We enjoyed the location and having a garage for secure parking. The beds were very comfortable.

We were not impressed with the faculty we rented. We found a roach in the toaster the first day. The refrigerator light was out. We had to request additional soap as one bathroom had none. The outdoor patio was dirty and had dead grass around the perimeter. The outdoor furniture was in disarray. Many of windows were dirty and had spider webs on the outside. The exterior entry was dirty as with road dust and full of spider webs and planter with dead plants. We call about the soap and roach and someone came fairly quick to correct. It could be a very nice place but we were disappointed with issues mentioned above.

The property was located 150 yards from Trader Joe’s which was very convenient. We had a wonderful time staying there.

It was good for the price. It was close to the beach where we planned to spend time.

Kitchen utensils a bit skimpy. Location of outside table and chairs unappealing. No grill. Despite these issues, we had a nice time. And Titan Beach Rentals was extremely responsive. The TV options were impressive.

Enjoyed our stay in this centrally located VRBO. Close to beach, as well as Trader Joe's and Vons, plus shops, restaurants and short drive to downtown. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for our family of 5 adults, huge TVs for our evening entertainment. Kitchens a little small (and old) for cooking for a large group, but we managed with TJ prepared food. Had all the basics. The property was everything we needed. Would return!

The property is a simple place, nothing fancy. Loved having a garage for easy access to house and parking. Entering into house through garage is the laundry room, then proceed through bedroom 1 to hallway with bathroom. Master bedroom was good. Jack n Jill bathroom was convenient. Kitchen needs updating. Some cupboards don't close completely, drawers are off track. Would be nice if there were simple needs like foil, Saran Wrap, salt & pepper. Need a better spatula for eggs! Not sure if ice machine works? Filled ice trays and used those. 3rd bedroom was good for kids. Wi dow should have a secure rod in sill. Living room was simple, but windows are dirty throughout house. Outside of house needs to be washed too! Very dirty. Great TV’s!! Not used much but good for those who like to watch! Lastly, check out time is too early. Needs to be 11AM.

My family in I were visiting my hometown & my wife wanted to stay near a beach. We found this lovely house which, if ever offered for a long-term rental, I’d grab in a heartbeat!Titan was very quick on answering my queries once we arrived. My boys already miss the house. A place. A service!

Great place for our family vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay. it's in a great location. we walked to pacific beach every day. it's about 20 minutes walk. and 5 minutes walk to CVS and trader joe's. lots of great restaurants around as well. the only thing was that the house is a bit dark and the outdoor space is not usable as much because you have to exit the house to be able to go to the backyard and it's very small and dark. we didn't care because we were outside the whole day. I loved that they had lots of beach towels and washer and dryer. we came home with all our clothes already clean so no laundry after. and in hindsight I wouldn't pack that much clothes since we could wash our clothes every day and reuse them. also was surprised that one of the beds was a king so we didn't have to use the other room for my 2 year old son and he could sleep with us on our king bed which made me happy because in the descriptions it says 2 queen bed. also really appreciate the beach toys. we left my sons beach toys there as well because we couldn't bring it back so hopefully it would make other parents happy. the communication was great too. one more thing I like to mention was that I thought I have time to cancel and get full refund 3 weeks before but in the contract that I signed it mentioned that we won't get fully refund. we didn't need to cancel anyways but just to mention that it was different in the description. overall really happy with the booking and will book again in future stays.

Good neighborhood and close to beach and recreation

I overlooked the part of the property description that stated no A/C, in no way the owners fault as it is listed but other than that the house was great. I would stay here again

This property is in a fantastic part of San Diego, with access to great places to eat, shop, and walking distance to the beach. The house easily accommodates 4-6 people, it's quiet, clean, and easy to access.
