A luxury family holiday park home set within St Merryn Holiday village in the famous ‘7 bays for 7 days’ region of North Cornwall. The site is ideally situated visiting the beautiful sandy beaches of North Cornwall, offering a different sandy bay for each day of the week. If you wish to explore further afield the area offers good road links into South Cornwall.
The holiday park is fully equipped offering a shop, hairdresser/beauty salon, 2 bars serving mid day and evening meals, a sports bar, tennis courts and children’s play area. The Cornish village of ‘St Merryn’ is just a mile away and the historic harbour of Padstow only 3 miles by road.
The Lodge sleeps 4-5 people, it has 2 bedrooms (one master bedroom with ensuite shower room and built-in wardrobe, the other bedroom also has a double bed). A camp bed, and spare bedding is provided for an extra guest.
There are lots of built in cupboards and wardrobes in both bedrooms.
There is a TV with ‘freeview’ in the lounge and master bedroom and DVD player also in lounge with selection of books, maps and DVDs for your use. Picnic ware is also provided for your trips to the beach.
The Lodge is UPVC double glazed and has LPG Gas central heating. It also has a family bathroom with shower, separate dining area and a luxury fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and large fridge/freezer. Gas hob & oven.
Complimentary wifi provided.
You will need to bring your own towels, tea-towels, pillowcases duvet covers and sheets. Everything else is provided for you to help you enjoy your holiday.
The lodge is conveniently situated and has private parking and enclosed garden. Well behaved dogs are welcome (max 2) and the site is dog friendly providing a large dog walking area. Garden furniture and charcoal BBQ provided. The site is all on flat ground providing easy access to all amenities.
The historic fishing town of Padstow is a short drive away and a strong attraction to visitors where fishing boats and pleasure crafts can be seen side by side on their moorings. Padstow offers much to do, you may take a fishing trip for the day, or exhilarating speedboat ride along the camel estuary. It is also the start of the famous ‘camel trail’, where you can cycle or walk along the river camel to Wadebridge, or take the ferry across the river to Rock.

Lovely stay,all ran smoothly. Item to note, the Nisa shop on site closed some time back and is now a amusement arcade. Tesco is your best bet on the way to Padstow.

Wonderful quiet and cosy place to beWe really loved our holiday at Pauline's house and Pauline is a great host. The accomodation is perfectly situated for all the beaches around and has everything one needs. The enclosed garden all around the house is lovely if you have a dog . One will always find a sunny or shady place to sit and there is a nice bench at the front door or lots of relaxing chairs for the garden are in the shed. The house was well equipped and the beds really comfortable only the sofa could perhaps need a replacement. We definitely can recommend this property and if come to Cornwall again we will stay there again.

Pauline is a great host and answered a question we had promptly. The accommodation was spotless and well equipped, even down to salt and pepper. My little dog enjoyed his run around the safe garden. The site is well maintained and lovely and peaceful. There was a well stocked shop not far away with everything you need . I highly recommend this premises of a great holiday in Cornwall.

Lovely, spacious, exceptionally clean bungalow with everyone you need for a weeks vacation ( except linen - but that’s clearly stated in the details and Pauline reminds you before check in - so no issues there). Stayed in St Merryn holiday village for a weeks holiday for 10+ years as it’s a fantastic location for a number of beautiful beaches, Padstow and Camel trail. Pauline very efficient, friendly and easy to deal with. We definitely plan to return and highly recommend

We have visited the lodge several times. It is clean, well equipped and safe for a dog. Pauline kept in touch through our visit and resolved a couple of minor issues very quickly. In summary, I would unreservedly recommend this lodge.
