Good
The property is beautiful. We enjoyed the tall trees in the backyard which shades the deck all day. The house was clean and well kept. It was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay.
We were participating in an event over 3 days at the coliseum. This house was perfect for our family to stay. We had plenty of room to spread out and have our own space. We had breakfast at the house before we left and we carried in food for dinner. It was so convenient. It was about a 15 minute drive to the coliseum and the traffic was no trouble at all. Staying here was much less stressful and chaotic than a hotel. It worked out perfectly for us.
Our family (including dog) was in town for a soccer tournament. This house was a wonderful home base for us during our 4 days. The owner and supporting folks were wonderful and very helpful.
Wonderful quiet neighborhood. Cozy space. Great access to shopping and activities. Couldn’t get tv to work.
We were down for my sons Graduation from High Point University. House was perfect for the weekend.
We did feel the home could have been a little more kept up, ,as far as painting of front porch and back porch stain and the exterior grounds were in poor shape. The inside was clean and nice. We were asked from the property owner I guess for someone to repair drywall during our stay, this of course is a major no, no. If someone is renting the home it should not have repairs done at the same time, Thanks
House was very clean. Nice neighborhood close to grocery stores. Would definitely stay again. It was perfect for our family with small kids too.
This was our first pet friendly rental as we are new to the world of puppies and I was unsure of how we would find the place. The house worked out wonderfully. The fenced in back yard and the awesome neighborhood for walks were great. The fence could use some repair, however, as we found several spots where our puppy (27 pound mini bernedoodle) would have been able to escape, so we kept her on leash. The yard was clear of dog poop, which was a pleasant surprise as well. The house was clean and did not have a 'dog smell'. There was ample room for her to roam on the main floor and doors that we could close if we wanted to close her in. The house itself is aged and could use some minor touch up repairs (paint, caulking, etc) but this did not take away from the overall stay. Our son and wife recently moved to Greensboro and live in a small apartment, so we will be visiting with our puppy again and very likely to rent this same place.
