Beautiful 3 Bedroom Townhouse

Townhome was conveniently located for swimming event at the GAC. Nice neighborhood. Well stocked coffee bar! We selected this home for all of its great ratings mentioning cleanliness, but were disappointed upon check in. The fridge ice maker no longer works, so a countertop one was provided, however it was full of mold, as was the washing machine soap compartment. The furnace filter needed replacing as large amounts of dust could be seen around the dining room vent and around the door to the utility closet. The host was quick to respond to our msg and offered to refund so we could rebook (all local options were booked) or send his cleaning person back. She did arrive in the afternoon and replaced the filter, dusted, and cleaned the ice machine (all while having a convo on speaker phone). The exchange was awkward, so we managed other issues on our own. Note- one bedroom light fixture does not work, fan worked, but not light.There are no blinds in the master bedroom and there is a street lamp immediately outside the window. The master bedroom bed is propped up on small pieces of wood resembling jenga. Front screen door is broken.Heads up if you have littles-The entry way cabinet appears to be a lost and found, housing a couple vapes and a lighter.Backyard is not as pictured.There is a broken side table, garbage and a moldy rug, besides needing a seasonal cleanup. The bones are good, but needs a refresh and deep clean. Owner did say he plans to visit the site.

The home was cozy, clean and bright. Everything needed to feel at home while I visited family for a graduation celebration.

All the rooms were clean, a towel and washcloth left on each bed (3 of us, I was in the master so I got a bonus towel).The entryway and subsequent hallway are a bit narrow. The dining room features a large wood (woodish) table, but I think the large chairs that bookend them are a bit much for the space, you end up bumping into the wall/mirror.Oh, mirrors are around, including one above the stairs, which could be helpful for fit checks, though lighting can be a little dim here and also in the bedrooms without the use of the nightstand lamps.Features a small countertop ice maker, coffee maker with some pop-ins and creamer (sorry not a coffee person, so terms escape me). The kitchen itself is nice, we didn't cook. Fridge, stove, oven, microwave over stove, counter space. Master bedroom was nice and decently spacious. Has a nice sized shower, but you are on top of the window overlooking parking, so close the blinds when undressed!My friends ventured out onto the back patio are, though I didn't. This featured a small table with some chairs and also swing seating and a bit of yard space. the design of the house, allows for privacy from the home on the right. (this unit in on the end and has some space before the next set of homes).You get an assigned slot right in front of the house and it's usually next to an unmarked spot. We made use of both, especially as we used one vehicle to get around.Nothing bad to report, it was a nice spot for a quick trip with friends.

Host was easily accessible when we had questions… the neighborhood was great and centrally located near so much. Everything we needed was available in the home and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Clean place nice space.

Our stay was only for two nights for a baseball tournament, so we didn't spend lots of time at the house. The house was very nice. It was cozy, clean, and decorated nicely. We appreciated that the home was stocked with coffee, laundry supplies, and dishwasher detergent. Our host was very responsive to my inquiries prior to the visit. I would highly recommend and I would certainly stay here again!

The townhouse is lovely. Really well chosen decor pieces. Could use more hooks on the walls and backs of doors for storage and hanging towels. But we were very comfortable. Loved having an ice maker. Host was very responsive on the 2 questions I reached out with during our weekend.

Easy and welcoming host.

Property was ideal for my 10 day stay. Good location in a safe, quiet neighbourhood. Spacious room sizes and comfortable beds. Check in and out was seamless. Host was very responsive.

This lovely end unit townhouse was in a perfect location. Near the end of a safe residential neighborhood with other townhomes and single family residences yet very close to Food Lion, Walgreens, McDonalds, Planet Fitness and a short drive to downtown Greensboro and the colosseum. Mike had the quickest response of any owner where we've stayed. The unit was like the photos. It was very comfortable and cute. Having 2.5 baths and laundry facilities were convenient. There is one reserved parking space and many visitor spot options. We enjoyed our time here and would come back.

Our stay was very pleasant! A quiet area but lots of food options and shopping very close by. Plenty of space for my whole family of 4 adults, and could accommodate more if needed. We utilized the entire space - kitchen, dining area, living room, laundry, bathrooms, and all three bedrooms. Would love to stay again!

Everything was top notch. The home was clean, comfortable and in a great location. My sisters went walking in the neighborhood and enjoyed the experience. It is close to stores and restaurants and has plenty of things to do in the area. Can’t wait to return.

Property was centrally located, clean and well maintained. The property manager was responsive.

The townhouse was as depicted in the picture. It was lovely, it included a charming decor, and a feeling of safety. The neighborhood was beautiful as well. My only suggestion is that a window blind be added to the master bedroom window as per the outdoor light post right in front of it. Other than that I recommend these accommodations wholeheartedly.

We stayed 3 nights for my daughter’s graduation from High Point University. This townhome provided enough room for all six of us and then my daughter too on the last night. We found the property to be very clean and conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. Communication with Mike, the host, was easy and he always got right back to me. I wish I found this place sooner as she was my last one to graduate. If we are ever in the area, I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here for the spring High Point Market. Easy and convenient.

Only there 2 days place was fine as we were only there to sleep at night and gone all day.

Townhouse was clean and cozy! Only recommendation I have is more pillows and towels in different sizes (wash cloths, hand towels). Other than that, it was a great stay!

We were visiting both Elon and High Point. This is a great location for both schools. It was comfortable, clean and very nicely appointed.

The Condo was everything we needed in a central location. If I would recommend anything it would be to have small face/hand towels and hand soap but I'm not complaining at all. The place was very clean and well maintained.

We stayed here for our son’s Junior Nationals meet. This place was perfect. Plenty of space, very clean, quiet, had everything we needed and was about an 8-10 minute drive to the Aquatic Center (for any future swimmers looking for a place next time). We will definitely book again if we are in this area.

My tennis teammates and I came to Greensboro for a tournament. The townhome was in the perfect location, close to most tennis venues. There were a few broken things in the townhome but overall I would recommend staying here!

The property was very clean and quiet. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. The beds were comfortable and the host definitely left little trinkets to ensure the stay was comfortable.

This house is absolutely beautiful I loved the decor. The host was always available when I called and check in and out could not been any easier.
