Under Kiwi bach tradition guests bring their own linen (Towels, teatowels, sheets and pillowcases). This allows us to keep the cost to guests lower.
However we can supply linen if you wish. This involves a charge of $200 which can be reduced to $150 if you are happy to make up your own beds.
Cleaning is included in the cost.

Stayed Jan 16, 2026This was our second visit and we enjoyed our time so much (despite the bad weather ) we have booked to stay again. Great house for our family (4 adults and 3 teens). The location is perfect for walking to the shops and the beach is not far away. Love the view of the estuary. Always clean and tidy when we arrive.Thanks Anna

Stayed Mar 13, 2025We had the most amazing time here! Shirley was amazing as our host! We loved the house - layout, the views (!!!), plenty of equipment (kitchen, garage, books, Cd's etc. - everything in great condition). We went out kayaking every evening at sunset - sooo beautiful, or strolled along the river, played at the playground or went riding the bikes. Our days we filled with trips to Hahei and other near beaches, plenty of sunshine and ice cream!!! Everyone's needs have been met and we made some beautiful family memories. We wish we would have booked longer!!! We hope to come back one day, we'll keep you on our trip-to-do list!!! Thank you so much Shirley!!!

Stayed Nov 15, 2024The property was well maintained and had 4 great seperate bedrooms. The house is an easy walk to the shops and restaurants and those with family a great park on its boundary. Dealing with the owners was very easy and I highly recommended.

Stayed Jul 14, 2024My children and I had a great stay at this lovely holiday home. The house was very warm despite it being in the middle of winter. The kids loved the freedom to play at the park and ride their bikes on the paths around the house. It is very close and walkable to the Pauanui Club, mini golf and the shops and cafes. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Stayed Jun 28, 2024We stayed at the property with 4 adults and 5 children. The house is lovely and very comfortable for families. The kids had lots of fun playing at the nearby playground while we could relax on the deck. We loved all the things that were available to us at the property, especially kayaks. The kids had so much fun. The owners were great, quick to respond to any queries. Highly recommend. Thank you for our lovely weekend :-)

Stayed May 31, 2024Great spot with lovely views, close to town for meals and the kids enjoyed the playground. Driveway hard to spot in twilight and the downstairs shower was a step over that we didn’t see in the photos.
