My family and I had another wonderful stay at this home. This is our fourth visit to this property, and each time we come, we are amazed by the stunning views and beauty of the area. The owners pay great attention to detail, ensuring that the guest experience is exceptional. Each visit, we notice improvements to the home. This time around, we enjoyed the new sectional in the living room, which was a big hit! This home is well-appointed, clean, comfortable, and inviting. We have made fantastic memories here during our many visits, and we can't wait to return. Thank you Cussens for being outstanding hosts!

Everything went great. The beach could have been a little cleaner, alot of logs. It was well stocked and the owners where awesome.

A wonderful place for our annual family bay-cation. The house was everything we had expected. The number of steps, however, was a challenge.

We had a great time. My husband and son fished on the pier in the morning and night. We were able to relax and enjoy time together as a family. The property manager was very helpful and quick to answer any questions. We had an issue with lights on the pier and the next morning he had an electrician out there to fix it. We definitely enjoyed our stay!!!

Really great location on Mobile Bay, good proximity to activities. Hosts were incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodating. House was very comfortable with a great back porch and deck to go with the private pier.

We are repeat guests. The hosts are excellent and their home is comfortable, quiet, well-equipped, and in a beautiful location. Easy access to groceries, restaurants, cafes, shops, and bookstores. The full pier is great for boat access and for watching the sunset.

Great time sharing this home with family! Plenty of room and very comfortable. Location was great,close to downtown Fairhope and Gulf Shores! Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect location for a group of college friends

The house is lovely! Even better than shown in the listing. Bring comfortable chairs for the dock - loved napping on the dock in my beach chair! Owners were very easy to work with and responsive.

We have stayed here multiple times and love it. Comfortable beds, well-supplied kitchen, all the amenities one needs in a gorgeous natural setting. Outdoor grill, pier for water recreation, great bird watching. Perfect for a large family or for a couple alone. We hope to return.

We booked this property so our grandchildren could experience all the bay has to offer. Their ages 6-12. They fished and crabbed until they feel asleep exhausted. They had a blast. The big second floor was perfect for them. They would love to return.

The property and owners were great!! This was our first time staying on the Bay instead of the Beach. It was perfect! The home was perfect for our large family. The number of bathrooms was helpful. The full washer/dryer was a plus!! The unobstructed view from the pier into the bay was peaceful. We had a small problem with the A/C that the owners promptly took care of. We will definitely be back!!!!

Great location close enough to beaches, restaurants and nightlife yet tucked away to give you some peace and quiet. Extremely clean and well stocked. Paul and Peggy were awesome hosts. We will definitely return to stay here next year.

Very nice place, clean, and easy to access. Our kids played with the neighbor kids. Couldn’t have asked for a better place for family vacation.

Overall we loved this place. The fishing was amazing and the house was perfect for our needs. With 4 small children it was easy to keep them entertained at the private section of beach. Only minor complaint we had was that the towels seemed damp when we arrived. Not dirty, just damp. We assumed that the dryer just hadn't dried them fully before being folded so we just ran a quick drying cycle. Other than that, everything exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Peggy and Paul are great hosts! Everything was as advertised. We enjoyed the pier and the fish tacos from our catch!
