Family friendly, centrally located home with a pool!

Pool house was the perfect get away retreat for the family. Slept 3 adults and 5 young adult teenage boys comfortably while being in town for family graduation and wedding. We had everything we needed to cook meals and hang out with the family at the pool. Pool is really big and indoors just a short walk from the back porch. Owners are super accommodating and prompt during check in and throughout the stay! Would definitely recommend!

Definitely made memories

The hosts were great and very quick in their response to anything we needed. Unfortunately the last few days we were without an oven to no fault of anyone. The igniter in the oven went out and the owner couldn’t get a replacement until after the holiday weekend. They did offer us to use the oven in the apartment they is attached to the house which was very nice of them. We ended up not needing it as they had an air fryer that worked out perfectly. The whole family loved the pool. We spent most evenings out at the pool. It was still a bit too cold to enjoy the very nice outside deck but we did have a moose wonder into the backyard one afternoon which the kids thought was super cool. I would say the biggest down fall for me was the water pressure in the shower. Once I got use to it, it wasn’t a problem. The large bathtub in the master bathroom was wonderful for a soak after our long days. Plus there is no lack of hot water. We would definitely stay again. Great hosts and with 8 of us there was plenty of room for everyone to have a comfortable place to sleep. The bunk room was perfect for the kids hangout. Especially with the beds all being full sized.

Satisfied overall. Listing doesn't make you aware that the pool is not always avaliable at all times. That parties are scheduled at the pool, which is in a separate building, during Vrbo stay.

The pool was nice the bathrooms were very dirty and the shower there was no tp and no back up anywhere we mad the best of it. Mistakes happen

The host are very friendly and prompt with any questions. The house was beyond my expectations and all the kids absolutely love the pool. Definitely recommend this stay

I was very impressed with the communication & willingness to communicate. We found a last minute booking for my daughters 14th bday. I was happy to be in a quiet, clean and safe home with them and their friends. The owners were very accommodating & understanding. We have another stay booked for my next kiddos bday! My daughters had a blast in the pool, which was 4ft across so it took the stress off my shoulders. I enjoyed the tub I could fit my whole body in located in the master bathroom. All around a great experience for all of us and we can’t wait to go back :)

Great communication and a great way for mom’s to get some wrapping done for Christmas and then take a dip in the pool all to themselves.

We recently booked this place primarily because of the pool, expecting to enjoy it throughout our stay. Unfortunately, our experience on Saturday was quite disappointing. We were informed just a day before our arrival that the pool would be occupied due to two parties scheduled from 12-2 PM and 2:30-4:30 PM. Although we were allowed to swim in the morning, we had to be done by 11:30 AM to accommodate the cleaning before the first party. This arrangement was not what we anticipated when we booked the place a month ago, and it significantly limited our enjoyment of the pool. While we appreciate that the hosts made an effort to communicate this change, we feel that better notice could have been given, especially since we had planned our stay around the pool access. Overall, our experience was not as relaxing as we had hoped, and we wish we could have enjoyed the pool for the duration of our stay as initially expected.The house itself was nice and clean. So disappointed with the pool schedule. Kids were looking forward saturday to use it all day….

Beautiful home in a great location. Loved this home. Alot of amenities. The pool was awesome. The kids had so much fun swimming ands so did the adults. Excellent communication. Highly recommend this home. Would definitely stay here again!

We were attending a veterans of foreign wars mid winter conference in wasilla and found this beautiful property which would accommodate our full group. Since we have done this in other locations we knew this was a much better value over a hotel. Love the feel of home and ability to connect will most our group in this environment. Woke up to a power outage our last day so couldn’t clean up for the host as much as we wanted. Hope to stay here again in the future

We were about to commit to a stay at a few other VRBO properties when the title Pool House caught our eye. A house large enough to facilitate a group gathering to celebrate our parents 50th wedding anniversary, with a swimming pool. We in addition to that enticing click bait we also have a special needs adult in our group who loves to swim. So we cashed in our deposit efforts on other properties and went with the Pool House as it seemed the best fit for the occasion and our needs. Well, we couldn't use the pool very often as the property owners booked the pool out to private parties during our stay. In addition, the property owners were constantly working on pool maintenance using all the water pressure in the house. we had adults in the shower trying to shampoo their hair when the water pressure dived down to nothing because the owners were either prepping the pool for a private party or performing recovery maintenance after a private party. We booked the property for six days and were able to use the pool for a few hours during our entire stay. We were completely mislead and I dare say taken advantage of. This property is not what you think it is. Buyer Beware!!
