Family-Friendly Brookings Home: 3 Mi to Downtown!

Clean, comfortable, perfect location to good restaurants and shopping. Owners are easy to reach and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect! Everything was immaculate, exactly as pictured and described. Decorated with touches of fall to make it feel like a seasonal vacation destination. The home is well stocked for cooking meals (our college daughter was looking forward to home-cooked meals). There was coffee, creamer, water, candy, condiments, spices available for use in the kitchen. There was laundry and cleaning supplies, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and nice smelling white barn hand soap. The heated bathrooms and fireplace made the home so cozy! There is nothing I would recommend for improvements. This will be our go-to place to stay when we are in Brookings!

The house was well stocked and ready for our stay. I loved the kitchen as I did a lot of cooking for our son's rehearsal supper and family while I was there. The garage space worked well for a get together for breakfast and gift opening the day after the wedding too. The only suggestions I have is maybe some smaller plastic glasses for kids and a couple more chairs in the living room. Our stay was great and I would highly recommend it to anyone else.

The house was perfect for my needs. Hosts were very attentive and polite. The property was very clean and well maintained. The stay was wonderful. I would definately recommend :)

Our stay could not have neen better. Everything we needed for Groomsmen to get ready and eat day of. Location was ideal just south of downtown, yet easy access to interstate, golf and food. Host was very responsive if needed.

Great home just a few miles from downtown. Very clean and had the things we needed for cooking/kids etc. very spacious and met our needs. Would definitely stay again.

Brookings is where our oldest son has decided to call home. Being seven hours away from us and his wedding planned to be held in Brookings, this could have been a very stressful situation. Thanks to this wonderful Vrbo, we had a better than being-at-home experience! The location was perfect for all of our constant running to stores for preparatory supplies and it was a short drive to St. Thomas More Church where the wedding was held. We came a week in advance to help make desserts for the big day and the kitchen was a dream set-up for food preparation! The whole house was perfectly designed for family time with gathering space inside and outside. The cleanliness of this property was impressive and the neighborhood was inviting with plenty of walking paths to meander for a little fresh air. The neighbors were very friendly as well. This property was a Godsend and we plan on booking a stay again in the future!

Our family stayed in this property the week of our daughter’s wedding. It was clean, spacious and the manager was very responsive to our needs. It was far more convenient than staying in hotels and we would recommend it to others!

Worked perfect for grandparents and family members attending the graduation.

This house is gorgeous! I’ve stayed in a quite a few VRBOs and this one was a top for me! It’s a new house, very clean, well stocked and overall super comfortable. The beds were also very comfortable- the master/king had an adjustable head! Quiet and safe neighborhood. Close drive to downtown Main Street. We have family in Brookings so we will definitely be back and will now only stay at this cozy house!

We stayed here for 4 nights in March while attending a wedding. We had 5 adults and had plenty of room! The home was clean, spacious, modern and beautiful! The heated garage was very nice. We loved our time here and cannot recommend enough to stay here if you need a place to stay in the Brookings area.

Home was beautiful and had all amenities we needed for Hobo Day weekend. We enjoyed the parade, football day and could make dinner with our SDSU kids. The backyard was perfect to sit outside and relax.
