Family-Friendly, Beautifully Furnished, Luxury Beach Home; Steps to the Beach and the Community Pool

Have stayed at the sunny side multiple times. Clean, all rooms en suite, comfortable. Appreciate the fully stocked kitchen, good size rooms, comfortable beds and amenities. Lots of space to spread out and only steps from the beach. Look forward to our next trip. It’s our go to spot in IoP.

A beautiful home. Great place to celebrate Thanksgiving with family. The kitchen was amazing loved the stove and exceptional supply of dishes.Loved the set up of home everyone was able to find a calm quiet spot when needed.Would highly recommend this property.Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay in The Sunny Side vacation property. The area was beautiful and very safe. It was an easy couple minute walk to the beach to see the sun rise or sun set. Very comfortable home and plenty big for our group of 8. I would 100% return to this property on a future trip.

We so enjoyed the spacious, well-appointed home . The granddaughters had room to roam, a visitor popped in and was amply accommodated. We loved going to beaches. We did lots of touring in Charleston and Sullivans Island. Restaurants were excellent!

Everything about the condo was perfect!

I've rented many homes and this was the best overall experience I've had. Beginning with clear and frequent communication of rental information as well as responsiveness to questions, the rental process was seamless. The property was itself was excellent, well appointed and providing everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Doesn't get any better.

We had such a great stay at house! The location was perfect, it was just a short walk to the beach and it was such a peaceful area without big crowds. The house itself was spotless, well-kept, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Booking was super easy, and everything went smoothly from start to finish

The Sunny Side was outstanding. Clean, tons of room, incredibly well stocked, great location. We are very picky and this place was stellar in every way. We will absolutely be back this is now our go to place in IOP!

We had a great time in Isle of Palms!! The house was perfect for our group of 10. Very clean, super close 5 min walk to the beach, and beautifully community. Easy ride from the airport and downtown. Can’t wait to be back!

Our party of 10 had a wonderful 4 night stay at Sunny Side. There were plenty of beds for all, ample seats around the tables for a meal, enough tableware for the crew, and a kitchen stocked with lots of quality pots and pans to feed everyone! The pool is just around the corner and the beach a short block away. We enjoyed having the beach close by so that we could access it at various times of the day! The kids enjoyed the games that we included. Mama greatly appreciated that the home didn't have an over powering chemical/smell. The home was clean and the owners were responsive.

I rented The Sunny Side for my 40th birthday celebration with 6 of my best girlfriends and our experience was above and beyond amazing! The property was beautiful, very spacious, and incredibly well equipped for a rental property! The location was also amazing with quick walks to the pool and beach and also close to local restaurants and shops. On top of all of that, communicating with Steven, the owner, was incredibly easy and he was so helpful when we had questions which were few because the check-in and out and property instructions were so well documented! I would highly recommend The Sunny Side and hope to be able to stay there again myself!

Just returned from a long weekend at The Sunny Side. The house was beautifully decorated and in a perfect location. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach and even shorter to the pool. The bunk rooms allowed our children to bring friends, and the well appointed kitchen allowed us to make dinner most nights. The welcome presents were a thoughtful touch as well! The weather was perfect and we hope to return again to this lovely house soon!

Just returned from a four-night stay at Sunnyside in Isle of Palms with four other ladies, and we had an absolutely beautiful time! The home was gorgeous—four spacious bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom, which made the stay so comfortable for all five of us. Every detail was thoughtfully designed and made for the perfect girls’ getaway. The customer service was just as impressive. Anytime we had a question or request, the response was quick, kind, and accommodating. You can tell the hosts truly care about the guest experience. I would absolutely love to stay here again—Sunnyside felt like the perfect mix of luxury and home. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It was so well appointed and have everything that we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

This house was wonderful for our family. The house was beautiful, spacious and well equipped! We cooked in most of the week and the kitchen was fantastic. The beach was a short walk across the street. The neighborhood was quiet and a great location!

Loved the house - comfortable, welcoming, clean and spacious. Huge kitchen. All rooms have full baths. Proximity to the beach is excellent. Highly recommend and looking forward to our next visit.

We loved our stay at this beautiful and peaceful beach home! The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed the short walk to the pool and beach. We hope to return again in the future.

The house was beautiful and even better than the photos! The bedroom/bathroom set up made it a great option for our group of 7! We did experience a handful of disappointing issues: 1) Two of the beds had stained/dirty sheets. Fortunately, our group didn’t use all of the beds, so we were able to find clean options among the empty beds. 2) We ran into a HUGE cockroach in the living room on the last night of our stay. I know we’re in an environment shared with animals and pests, but it left us feeling a little uneasy. 3) We had some trouble calling Ubers/cars due to the isolated neighborhood. We were warned on the first night of our trip that it would be hard to get an Uber for our early morning flight on Sunday. Ultimately, we were able to hire a professional car service 2 days in advance. We’re so glad we did that because we checked Ubers, Lyfts, and taxis that morning and there were zero available - not the listing’s fault, but just something to plan ahead for. Ordering Ubers/Lyfts throughout the rest of the weekend was fine, but definitely allot for extra time to find one and allow them to get to you. 4) The host said they set you up with necessities for your stay, but we felt it was light. We had to order paper towels and toilet paper. I understand they can’t provide enough for longer stays but I think guests should be able to get through 2.5 days. We also spent most of our time away from the house so I cant imagine a family spending more time/cooking meals there.
