Family-Friendly Bear Lake Vacation Rental

This home was awesome! It had plenty of space and all the accommodations we needed. Check in process was super easy. Kitchen was well stocked which made it nice so we could do meals at the home. Very clean and well taken care of.

Several days at Bear Lake for an extended family outing. The place is centerally located and works great for out outing.

Very nice condo! The Property is newly built. It is clean and neat. The property is walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The lake and beaches are close. The City is a small community that is very clean and nice! Great for Families and a vacation getaway.

We've had several experiences with homes/properties in Bear Lake and this one (4 years running) was probably the best so far. It's clean and worked great for a group of 12 individuals (6 adults, 6 kids ranging from 8 yrs-10 months). It's a very short walk to Garden City center. The owners appear very mindful of creating an experience so you'll return. Games are provided in a game room. There are chairs and towels provided if you go to a beach. The TVs are logged into streaming services for you. There is parking for 4 cars (2 front/2 back). Generally, we had a good experience and given the price we would book this space again.

This was a great location close to the heart of Garden City. Walking distance to the shake shops and other venues at the intersection in Garden City. Very close to the state marina and only a short drive to the marinas toward the south end of the lake. The property was just as advertised and perfect for our extended group of family ranging from mid-teen through adult ages. We only had 1 question, but for that 1 question, the hosts were perfectly accommodating and responsive. We'd repeat this stay w/out question!!

We found this gem after being canceled from another place two days before we were to leave. We were able to communicate easily about questions even the day before we arrived. James and Amanda answered helped us find the place when Google maps couldn't. Since we had 6 adults, a 4 YO, two 2YOs, and an 8 MO we were excited to see plastic children's plates, bowls cups and a high chair and playroom stocked with games and big Legos.
