    The apartment is on the second floor with no elevator. The apartment is spacious, yet is outdated. One of the bedrooms does not have AC. The person who greeted us did not speak english/spanish, which was difficult as we were checking in. The location of the apartment is on the outskirts of the port, but not too far.
