Stayed Jul 15, 2025It was a good time. Very cute house and big yard for my kids and dog to run around in. Accommodating with items inside. More than I have had in the past from other VRBOs. Would recommend and probably will look to stay here again in the future as it accommodated why we were there.

Stayed May 19, 2025Several issues. The water pressure is not good, it is super high, then very very low. If your looking for the other two bedrooms, The closet door behind the front door is actually is the entrance to the upstairs, you have to walk into the closet a ways to see the stairs. Beds where extremely hard, pillows are like a bag of rags. Your given a gate code, yet there is no lock box on it, don't push it all the way open, it will fall of the track. It fell on me, you will need two people to help get it back on track. I was told my entrance code was the last 4 digits of my phone number which was entered 2 times, before I had to call the number I was given for assistance then told to enter the # again with a # after, which was never in the info. It still didn't work. The assistant said she changed it, however didn't inform me what # to use. She gave me that number which I entered again properly 2 times it didn't work, told she would reset it, finally after 3 times of different #s and the alarm going off it worked. The assistant act like she knew much about the property. The 2 bedrooms we had to search for them. Not a do over for sure.

Stayed Dec 28, 2024The house was a fantastic fit for our family! Very clean and comfortable. We were travelling with our 2 dogs and 9 year old daughter. They all loved the fully fenced yard and 9yo loved the playset and air hockey table. Stairs are separated by a door, so was easy to keep dogs down. Location was perfect to hike Petroglyph's and Sandia Peak, as well as shop in Old Town. Would definitely recommend!

Stayed Oct 18, 2024This is a relly nice place to stay south of Albuquerque. It is far enough out of town but close enough to get where you need to pretty quick. Very spacious out door area for dogs to roam. It is very clean and well maintained.
