️Driving is the easiest way to explore St. Augustine, and this home offers convenient driveway parking. You're less than a mile from the beach and just a few minutes from downtown, so everything is a quick ride away.

Prefer not to drive Uber and Lyft are easily available, and many parks, restaurants, and attractions are within walking or biking distance.

Minimum age to rent is 25. ID verification is required.



No parties, no smoking, and quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.



Security cameras are installed on the exterior of the home for safety and monitoring purposes. There are no cameras inside the home or in private areas.



NOTE: If your stay is 21 days or longer, $100 will be added to your cleaning fee to accommodate a deep cleaning. We will coordinate payment upon booking!
