Family Friendly 4000 Sq Ft 5 Bed 5.5 Bath, With Pool And Spa, 3 Miles To Strip

We absolutely loved our stay at this fabulous home. We enjoyed the pool we cooked and BBQ’d - hot tub early AM every day. It was great. We will be back! Oh and one more bonus. There is a Cuban restaurant a few blocks away called Havana Express that is really authentic. We have Cubans in the family and vouched for everything we ordered.

Jamason was incredible to work with. If we needed anything he was available and prompt. We loved our stay here and we will be re-booking again next year. Jamason and Lindsay, thank you so much.

Large space for 5 couples, great for hanging out in the common spaces and poolside whilst have your privacy with individual bedrooms and en suite bathrooms. The landscaping and wall surrounding the house made for a nice private space. One minor issue was that the ice maker was not functional but we did not contact the host, we just managed with ice bags, no big deal. Perfect house for our friends gathering.

Great property. We will definitely be back.

This property is the perfect home base for a large group! The common area included a well-appointed kitchen with a dining table fit for a king! The pool table was a fun distraction from our marathon poker tournament. We opted to pay to heat the pool, what a good choice!

Everything was great!

Everything was great. The house is beautiful all the bedrooms and bathrooms are really nice. Our hosts were fantastic, both Jamison and Lindsay are friendly and very helpful. They made our stay perfect. I would definitely stay again. It was a great vacation.

Absolutely great property! We had a blast. The hosts were friendly and super responsive in their communication. 10/10 would recommend!

Amazing communication with host. The house was very spacious, clean, well stocked, and all beds were super comfy. The neighborhood was quiet and safe.

Great communication!

Close to strip, large space to socialize, great pool and spa facilities, Ubers were all 5min or less and generally 1-3min waits!

Well communication, house was everything we needed. Great size! Will definitely come back there. Thank you

Everything from the host, to the cleanliness and quality of the property… Best VRBO we’ve ever rented. Bar none.

Great sprawling ranch with all the amenities and not far from the strip. It was a great rental for our team in for a tradeshow!

Don’t hesitate to book this property! The home was beautiful and perfectly suited for our group of 10. Jameson was very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. We had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Las Vegas.

Host was easy to communicate with and very responsive to all our questions. The house worked great for our big family and is located close enough to the strip for easy Uber rides.

Hosts were very communicative and helpful. House was perfect for all 7 adults, 2 couples and 3 singles. Everyone had their own bathroom, shower, and TV. It was perfect for our New Years get together. Pool and backyard beautiful. We didn’t use the pool but it was nice to look at! We had a celebration of a book publication “Treading Water” that was written by our family member, the kitchen was the perfect place to prepare the celebratory meal. Thank you AK

We had wonderful time, loved the oversized kitchen countertops.

We had a great stay! The place was very nice and spacious. The outdoor pool and hot tub were fantastic. The hosts were top-notch, quick and helpful with all communication. Highly recommend!

The hot tub was fantastic and the house (the entire house) was warm and welcoming. The Christmas tree was a special touch and provided a home like feel at night when we turned on the lights.

What a beautiful house with so much space, large kitchen, and great relaxing backyard area! Loved it and would definatley come back. Great neighborhood, easy and cheap lyft rides to wherever you want to go. Pool table is very nice, hot tub was incredible amd so very relaxing. The only thing that bummed us out (not really a huge deal and minimal impact) was the pool heater would not heat the pool. It was cold but we were also there october. I still would rent this house again.

This house is huge! Having a bath in each room is great. Hot tub is not heated.

Amazing space! Perfect for groups. Loved the layout and bathrooms in each bedroom. Quiet neighborhood, easy to get around. Great pool, was perfect for our annual trip to Vegas - first time not staying in a multi-bedroom suite on the strip and was one of our favorite stays.

Huge house, fun pool. Biggest kitchen island in history

House was clean and well organized. We appreciated that all the rooms have king beds and their own bathrooms, which is hard to find. Kitchen was well stocked and the bbq worked good. Only small issue we had was that our two year old could easily unlock and open the door to the back yard and pool. It would be nice to have an upper latch that was well out of reach, just so we didn’t have to be so on top of it the whole time. Will for sure stay again.

The host was amazing and responded to questions quickly. The property is excellent, and the pictures accurately represent it. The location is situated between the airport and the strip, with restaurants and/or fast food close to the property. I would stay here again and recommend this host/property to friends and family.

This home was perfect for our family reunion! Each couple had their own bedroom and an en suite bathroom PLUS a half bath just off of the great room! The large dining table had ample seating for delicious meals together and the island was great for serving! The pool was spotless and the waterfall added a relaxing ambiance for lounging and catching up!

Clean, well equipped. Suggestions--improve the roof above the barbeque (cosmetic), access to national TV channels for news and sports -- very limited access to nationally televised college and pro football games during our stay.

Spacious for 7, clean and good location.

Great home with a perfect location . Each bedroom has a bathroom which is nice with multi family . Host is very responsive and the backyard is a paradise

Had a group of 11 some where first time in the USA. They had the best time in the pool and the house. Your home is so good for a group our size. The location could not have been better for easy access to the strip. Needed to reach out to owners and got a quick response. Thank you!

Was clean ,Pool was clean !Close to everything! We had a hair convention at Bellagio,Had my staff it accommodated all 10 of us ,Thanks!

Awesome family house. Wide open floor plan with bathrooms in every bedroom. The pool was the most fun experience for the kids. Absolutely incredible. We won’t stay anywhere else when we come back to Vegas.

Clean property, easy access, and great location to the strip. Perfect for our family vacation.

We had the best time at this residence! Perfect for our group. Everything is nicely updated and fresh. Definitely will be staying here again!!

The property was better than we could have imagined! The pictures are great, but they do not do it justice. Would highly recommend this property, and can’t wait to visit again!!!

Awesome location, and everything as described. Very communicative and attentive hosts.

Really enjoyed it. Hope to return.

Stayed with 4 other work colleagues. Very clean. Well stocked with pans, dishes, etc. Easy to get to the LV Conference Center.

The property was extremely big and spacious we had a wonderful time

Loved the house, have never seen a place with 5 big bedrooms each with a King bed. Was really comfortable and we had a wonderful time. Couldn't say nicer things about Jameson & Lindsay. They were very accommodative. Thanks again!

We had a great time here, it was very spacious so that everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Outdoor space was fantastic. Accurate to the pictures. Host even helped ship some lost jewelry after the stay.

Large bungalow on large lot with walled private backyard with pool, waterfall, hot tub, putting green, multiple bedrooms with individual baths, expansive central kitchen, gigantic granite island, large extended dining room area, large family /entertainment area. Well maintained. Good value.Easy in/out.

We stayed with three other families for a volleyball tournament. Everyone had comfortable space to sleep, the en suites were convenient and allowed ample privacy. The kitchen and dinning room were a great space to enjoy time with friends. Overall a great house, we would stay there again.

We had a great time. No problems. The home had a perfect set up for our group of 5 siblings. Enjoyed the putting green & pool table. A little cold for the unheated pool, 85/day was more than we were willing to pay to heat it. Lots of parking. A few wear & tear items need to be addressed, like the sofa cushion that has been partially ripped away from the back & broken bathroom drawers.

The house great, it was clean, well kept, and spacious! The kitchen is absolutely fabulous! It is wellStocked with everything you need to prepare a meal. The pool and hot tub was clean and inviting! My only suggestion is that the TV’s be upgraded & updated to smart TV’s in all the bedrooms and main area. With that said the cable lineup is great and there was ample parking. The house is less than 15 minutes from the strip great place to stay!

This was a great place that was clean and spacious. Very close to the strip and everything vegas has to offer. would definitely recommend!

Visited for Eagles concert at Sphere. Had 5 couples including friends and family. House has all the amenities, great space, and king bdr with ensuite for each couple. Outstanding location.

What a wonderful home with fantastic owners!!! The stay was great and the accommodations were top notch.

We had an amazing time at this house. The house was beautiful, had all the amenities you needed for a big group. We were 4 couples, great kitchen, family room, bedrooms. Everything was fabulous and immaculately maintained. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. Our group had an incredible time here, don’t hesitate to book this place. Location, couldn’t be better as well. Close to the strip, quiet, in a safe neighborhood. We would love to come back Thank you!!

Loved the property and wouuld stay here again, close to the strip. The pool and hot tub where great as well.

Super convenient location and true to the listing. Host provided restaurant recommendations and are super responsive. We would definitely stay again!

I needed a large home to accommodate my family for our wedding in Las Vegas. I came across this property and couldn’t be happier. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. It is extremely clean and well equipped with supplies, bedding, etc. the kids enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. It gave everyone sufficient space and allowed them to cook and save money on eating out. The Property Manager was responsive and it was overall a great experience. Everyone was comfortable!!

The house accommodated 10 people very nicely. Every couple had their own bathroom, huge kitchen, great outdoor space too. Very comfortable stay. Great place!!

The house was the center of our trip to Vegas. The 5 Master Bedrooms provided privacy while the rest of the house provided relaxation and entertainment. Everyone was more than satisfied with the house’s amenities. Great place for couples to visit Vegas.
