Stayed Jun 5, 2026This is a great house for anyone visiting Vegas or just looking for a wonderful place to be together! It has everything you could possibly need, well organized and stocked for you to use. The spaces are huge and comfortable and you can’t beat the backyard! A wonderful pool, ping pong, the putting green and comfy chairs to lounge on. They have thought of everything!!

Stayed May 13, 2026Booked this for 10 Friends and I for EDC 2026! Jamason is a great host, he made our nerves were at ease and that he wouldn’t cancel on us prior to booking this property 6 Nights. The house was very spacious and the backyard was perfect to relax during the day. Our group was very impressed, we would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Apr 4, 2026Jamason and Lindsay were great! Quick responses to my many questions. They also brought over a brand new volleyball and bad mitten set for the pool because one of my grandkids had seen it in one of the pictures and it wasn't there. The only reason I didn't give a 5 on the cleanliness is, I had to clean the tables and chairs and cushions outside before we could use them. They were pretty dusty. The patio could have used blown off as well. The cushions on the chairs definitely need replaced. Mismatched and thin. Inside was very clean! The pool and outdoor area were amazing. Overall it was a great stay!

Stayed Apr 10, 2026We had a great time while attending the Frozen Four and celebrating my son's 50th birthday. 6 adults and 4 children with all kinds of time in the pool. Volleyball matches in the pool and a great patio with plenty of furniture to enjoy the beautiful backyard. Close to the strip for trips to T-Mobile Arena for the hockey. Thank you, it was great fun!

Stayed Feb 12, 2026I was worried that the pool would not heat up fast enough for our stay, even though I had paid extra for the pool heat. I expressed my concern to the owner and they brought a solar blanket. It took a day but then was very warm. It’s a large home. The billiards was a hit. The air hockey table wasn’t there, as well as the volley ball net, like shown in their photos but we had a great time.

Stayed Aug 30, 2024This location is ideal. It is so close to the strip we didn't need to hurry in the mornings to get our day going. It has enough space and a pool table which we took advantage of each day. The owners are quick to respond and answer our questions. I will rent from here again the next time I am in Vegas with my friends. Thank you again!!!
