The space
Step into a space full of character, charm, and playful adventure — originally built for our own family’s enjoyment and now thoughtfully shared with guests looking for something a little different.

Important Note: This property has a non-traditional layout with features originally built for personal family use. The upper lofts are accessible only by ladder — including one accessed by a steep, foldable telescope-style ladder. These areas are not suitable for guests with mobility limitations, small children, or elderly individuals.

Ceiling height in the lofts ranges from 4.5 to 5.5 feet, and adults will need to crouch when moving around. These are bonus sleeping spaces best suited for agile guests who are comfortable with climbing.

A signed waiver is required within 24 hours of booking to confirm your acknowledgment of the space’s unique features and safety guidelines.

This unique two-level loft is a perfect getaway for family with kids, couples, or friends looking for a memorable stay. The thoughtful layout and distinct sleeping areas offer everyone their own space, yet maintain a sense of closeness. Enjoy morning coffee in the living room as the soft light filters through the windows, or have an evening cook-off in the kitchen, which has everything you need to feel right at home.

• Safety First: A signed waiver is required for loft and treehouse access within 24 hours of booking.
• Design Intent: This unit was creatively designed for personal family use and includes features that may not meet typical building codes. By booking, guests accept the unique layout and use these areas at their own risk.
• Shared Walls: To ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbors, we kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise levels, especially loud music and running.
• Guests number & Pets: Our base rate is for 2 guests. Additional guests and pets are welcome for a small extra fee per night/stay. Please ensure your booking accurately reflects the number of guests and any furry companions.

Street Parking: You will typically find street parking available on the residential roads near the intersection. While the spot directly in front of the house may sometimes be occupied, parking is usually available within a short walking distance. Our neighborhood is very safe.

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ PET-FRIENDLY HOME ★
Bring your beloved pets along! They'll love the spacious fenced backyard. A pet cleaning fee applies.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
For the comfort of all our guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly request that you respect our home and neighborhood by refraining from hosting parties or events.

★ Check-in & Check-out ★
Standard check-in is after 5 PM; check-out is before 11 AM.
We often have same-day turnovers.
- Late check-outs without min 24 hours' prior approval incur a $60/hr fee (our 2-person cleaning crew arrives at 11 AM sharp).
- Early check-in may be available with min 24 hours’ notice and is $30/hr to prioritize cleaning.
