The Space:

Welcome to 2472 Dubai St – a single-family pool home built for family vacations in the gated Windsor at Westside resort, Kissimmee. Sleeps 12.



SLEEPING: Bedroom 1 is a master suite with a king bed, en-suite bathroom with double vanity, walk-in closet and Smart TV. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, en-suite bathroom and Smart TV. Bedroom 3, the Wizard's Room, has a queen bed with a brick accent wall and Smart TV. Bedroom 4, the Toy Barn Room, has a custom red-barn bunk with a full bed below, a twin above and a blue slide – the kids' favorite. Bedroom 5, the Mickey Room, has a full bed plus a twin bed with a custom mural and Smart TV. An upstairs loft with sofa bed and Smart TV adds extra sleeping and hangout space.

LIVING: living room with a cream sectional, swivel chairs and Smart TV on a wood-slat feature wall; full kitchen with side-by-side fridge, range/oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig and drip coffee, blender, toaster and cookware for the whole group; dining table for 8 plus island seating; game room with pool table, foosball, gaming stations with monitors and gaming chairs, Smart TV and a colorful themed mural. Washer, dryer, irons and ironing board, fast Wi-Fi and free driveway parking.

OUTDOORS: private screened pool with sun loungers and a covered lanai with patio table (pool heating available for an extra fee – please request before arrival).

RESORT: Windsor at Westside clubhouse with pool, lazy river, splash pad, hot tub, fitness center, arcade, tiki bar, sports courts and playground.



LOCATION: Kissimmee, minutes from Walt Disney World and the shops and restaurants of US-192 and Highway 27.



PLEASE NOTE: the gas grill on the lanai belongs to the owner and is not available for guest use. Themed décor is custom-made by local artists and is not affiliated with any brand or studio. Primary guest must be 21+. No parties, no smoking, no pets.



Guest Access:

Guests have the entire house and private pool to themselves. Self check-in with a keypad smart lock – your personal code is sent on the day of arrival. Windsor at Westside is a gated community; gate and clubhouse access instructions are sent with your check-in details.



The Neighborhood:

Windsor at Westside is a gated resort community in the heart of Kissimmee's vacation-home corridor, about 15 minutes from Walt Disney World. The clubhouse (a short walk away) has a resort pool, lazy river, splash pad, hot tub, fitness center, game room, tiki bar and sports courts. Publix, Walmart, pharmacies and dozens of restaurants along US-192 and at Margaritaville / Sunset Walk are 5–10 minutes away.



Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to get around Orlando. Approximate drive times: Walt Disney World 15 min • Disney Springs 20 min • SeaWorld 25 min • Universal Orlando 30 min • Orlando International Airport (MCO) 35 min. Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) is readily available in the area.



Other Things to Note:

• The gas grill on the lanai is not for guest use – please do not operate it.

• Pool heating is an optional paid add-on – ask us before arrival.

• The private pool has no fence; children must be supervised at all times.

• Top bunk and slide are for children 6+.

• Quiet hours 10 PM – 8 AM (residential resort).

• Driveway parking only – no street parking in the resort.

• Primary guest must be 21 or older with valid ID.
