Family cottage one block from beach! 25 min from Historical Downtown Charleston

The house was perfect. Everything you need. The outdoor shower was amazing, and just a short walk to the beach. Lots of time chatting in the rocking chairs on the lovely porch. Made my Girls trip amazing !

What a cute little cottage! This is exactly what I think of when I think of a beach cottage. The location was great. The house was very clean and ready for our arrival. Our host answered questions in short order and was kind. The porches were my favorite part. I would be happy to stay here again.

Everything works out well!

Excellent home in a perfect location! Very clean and fully equipped! Easy walk to the beach and having chairs, games, and towels provided made it so nice! Screened in porch was a heavenly spot for a peaceful morning coffee or a nightcap before bed! The backyard was huge and had the most beautiful old tree. Would have really loved some backyard seating options to enjoy it fully, but I just sat in the beach chairs! Great stay and will definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay. This house was so clean and well maintained. It had plenty of space and the front porch was my favorite spot. We would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly and accommodating host. IOP was beautiful. We celebrated the 85th birthday of our Aunt who has mobility issues. The city has sand wheelchairs available and she was able to get in the ocean.

Perfect place to stay while visiting the Island! Location was great and we loved having our morning coffee out on the porch. We would definitely book this house again.

Everything was great. As an FYI, the light fixture in the upstairs closet is not attached to the ceiling by anything other than the wiring. We just blocked it off from the kids but I suspect the wiring will eventually fail and it will fall. It looks like it just needs to be screwed in.

This was a perfect place for my husband and me! Loved sitting on the front porch to read or have coffee.

Great property and perfect for our family!

We loved the property. The location is excellent. Beautiful home. Loved the screened in porches!The only negative was the pillows. They were terribly uncomfortable

Very Enjoyable stay. Simply furnished and very clean with both screened and unscreened porches/decks. There was a terrific gas grill we used for steaks from a specialty butcher shop a short walk away. Ceiling fans in every room and porch make it very comfortable too. Very quiet neighborhood so you can sit and rock on the front porch while listening to the surf in the early morning. The washer and dryer were state of the art and greatly appreciated. While my sister slept on the upstairs queen bed and had no complaints, my wife and I found the downstairs matress uncomfortable.

Very nice house. We were there for our granddaughter's wedding in Charleston so we didn't spend a lot of time there. Travel to and from Charleston was easy.

Warm and friendly home. Very easy check in and great communication from the owner. Everything was clean and tidy with very close access to the beach. This place was perfect for us to catch up around the kitchen table and share many laughs. We all had a great time.

This house was perfect for my sister and me to have a quick getaway to the beach. It had everything we needed and is a great location. We had a relaxing and great 5 days.

Thanksgiving week vacation with siblings. My husband and I rented this house to accommodate my brother and his wife and my younger brother for the Thanksgiving holidays. We really enjoyed the porches, the location is just as stated a 2 minute walk to the beach . The grocery store is a 5 minute drive and there are restaurants in that shopping center. one can walk the neighborhood and enjoy the beauty of the palm trees and massive Oak trees.. The house is small but very well equipped with all the necessities to make your arrival and stay very nice. The porches were where we spent alot of time. The weather was great for our stay. The Host was exceptional. He communicated regularly and was very accommodating. Overall we will consider staying there again.

This was a great house. Everything was as described.it was well stocked with coffee, floats, beach chairs , dishes, and southern charm. Would no hesitate to rent again. Could not ask for a better host
